Went very well. His estimates were right on the money and were quite reasonable. Painters showed as scheduled, with either Nate (owner) or his brother on site at all times. Work was done efficiently and with attention to details. Cleanup was done at the end of every workday.
Nate Summers is a 3rd or 4th generation painter. He knows his materials and techniques as a pro should.
He made a couple of schedule changes, but they were common sense and he did so with plenty of notice. They were weather related - no way to do exterior painting in the rain!
Invoices were accurate and he asked for no money up front - all payment was done at the end of the job.
I will be asking him to come back in the Spring to do some additional painting.
