After being told by others that the unit needed to be replaced Skillcraft was able to fix it. They came when they said they would and they fixed the unit in about 30 minutes. I have already referred them to new business.

They did a wonderful job, it was great. They do work for us all the time. They are a small company, if I have an emergency, they come very quickly, and don't keep me hanging. The owner himself has called me on occasions to share information with me. They are just great. They are very exact in telling me what the issue is, I can understand them, they are very clear, and they are just a good all around company. They are very dependable, and if they say they are going to be there, they are there.

I called in the morning and the technicians came within a few hours. They were expert and courteous and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The unit took a very long time to recharge due to its age (about 25 years). Rather than push a new unit, they patiently cleaned it and said it should be good for another few years. The owner of this company, Bill Craig, fixed the AC in an apartment we were renting eleven years ago. Since then we've bought a house and have continued to use his services without bothering to get other estimates. I highly recommend him.

We have used this company for more than 15 years. He has installed three HVAC units in different properties, He has repaired/replaced ductwork. He STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. We never get bids. We always call him and don't plan to change.
