They are nice people but their irrigation system needs more employees to do the job.

Their inability to maintain our property required us to hire a contractor to come in behind to make things right. Their point person was very nice and responsive, but that is where it ended. With regard to their handling of our irrigation system, here is the letter I sent to Monarch - Now that our new irrigation company went through our entire system, I wanted to point out what was uncovered. It is a reflection on Monarch that our irrigation was so mismanaged. The irrigation assessment we paid for mentioned -The controller box could only handle 12 zones. - An expander module that cost 100 now has the box handling 16 zones - this becomes even more significant later on. - The 13th zone,the "dead zone" -Actually a broken valve and a disconnected wire - works fine now. -Another two zones that were reported to work had broken pipes and no water going to the heads. -Repaired so that the landscaping could be watered and water was no longer wasted. -Irrigation zones were missing from the front of the property and would need to be installed, quoted at $3,100 to install three new zones and a box in the front area of the house -Sprinkler heads and lines were already present in those zones and capable of irrigating the entire area, and the zones also had wires running to the box,which with the expansion module, enable them to all run. We paid money for a full irrigation system assessment, and even approved repair work to be done on the irrigation system to ensure our landscaping was effectively watered and none was completed. Worse, we were asked for $3100 to water an area that already had hardware and should have been known and made to function with a $100 piece of hardware. As we discussed, our landscaping was all put at risk and we wasted hours manually watering to keep our plants from dying. We appreciate you waiving the July bill; however, with this new information, please know that Monarch will not be considered as a possible landscaping solution if our needs change in the future.

Monarch has been serving us for over 7 years.  Let's just say they had more than a blank page to begin.  They provided a professional landscape architect to meet with us and draw up our plan for both the front and back of our home.  We had a vision and he absolutely understood and created a plan that was perfect for us.  Our front landscaping is more traditional but our back garden is very contemporary.  They leveled our property, built a beautiful a stone wall around the front and created several walls in the back. Every piece of plant material, trees and turf has been their work.  They were very professional to work with, if a problem came up they worked through it with us, so not really many surprises.  The end result is exceptional.  We receive compliments on our property on regular basis.  They now maintain our property and we are very pleased with their services.  We pretty much live outside if the weather permits.

They are amazing and I've never found a lawn company as professional as them. They are very thorough in their work and we have been pleased with every aspect of their service. Pricewise, they are a hair more expensive, but they are multiple times more efficient and offer a higher quality. They are very courteous and a great crew. There is nothing I could say negatively about them.

Monarch Landscaping comes out weekly and they do a good job.

Everything went great. They are really friendly and knowledgable. They were very prompt and professioanl as well. They came when they said they would and I really trust them. I would certainly use this company again.
