From coming to give the quote to e-mailing the quote to communicating about the job to completing the job, the entire process was very smooth and was done in a professional manner. My husband and I were very comfortable having Jay in our home. We were very pleased with the painting job! Jay paid attention to details such as wall prep (sanding, spackling, fixing cracks, etc.), cleaned up well, and was careful to protect our furniture and other belongings in the rooms. He charged a very fair price and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Before he started the job, he went over the invoice in detail to make sure we all understood and agreed on the work and the price. During the job, we asked for a few additional things and Jay promptly sent us updated invoices to reflect the changes. Jay had an employee with him on one of the days who was also professional and did a great job. We would definitely use Lowder Productions again and will recommend the company to friends.

Jay does great work. Our rooms have 25 foot ceilings and he did a masterful job. Has great attention to detail, and will put a room back the way he found it.
