Deck and Porch Service
We had an existing deck replaced by them. They said they'd do things the right way and would stand by their work. Communication was great at first, but then the guys onsite took a long time and struggled to get small details correct with symmetry and board alignment. We ended the project with a promise from the owner to come back and fix the remaining issues. Once we cut them a check, communication went to near zero. Boards have started to come up and we have sunken areas that shouldn't be there. I've reached out many times over the last few months (since October 2024) with no response for weeks at a time and no one has come back out to "stand behind" their work.

"We sincerely apologize for your frustration and are willing to do what we can to make things right. We have not received any messages from you regarding you wanting us to come back a second time; if we did we would’ve came back to make things right. A few things to note, those pictures were taken before we came back and fixed the issues you listed out and gave you a $750 discount for the trouble. You receive $2000 in change orders by telling my workers that I gave the go ahead when you never contacted me about the changes. I did not charge you in the end. We appreciate the business and are willing to make things right and we thought we did make things right. We were not aware of any further issues. Great work, fair price. I know I need a new fence, but I couldn't afford an entire new fence. These guys helped figure out a temporary solution (replacing posts) that will prolong the life of the fence for a price I could afford.

Ibrahim and his crew were friendly and polite. They kept a clean work site. They were finished so quickly. I was very impressed. I'm an engineer so I several questions about best practices. I was pleased to see he had already included all things in his proposal. Great experience overall.

I would recommend Revival Home Improvement over and over again. They do the best work I’ve seen out of most people these days. I recently moved to a new house and was hoping for a deck. While doing my research I came across Revival Home Improvement and decided to go with them. I couldn’t be any more happy with my decision. The work they provide is phenomenal.
