Donnie pleased us with how many changes and upgrades he was willing to include at reasonable prices, even after the house had been sheet-rocked, plumbed and wired. As time has gone by, we have had an opportunity to compare Donnie's work with other builders in our area. Overall, his craftsmanship has been good. It is not what I would call the highest-calibre custom home, but it is a good tract home with a number of customized features. There were a couple of small fixes to be done after we closed which Donnie did not return to complete. Had it not been for this, we could have given him an A rating. Lesson learned. Make sure you have all work completed by any builder before you close on the house. Otherwise, TN law, as I understand it, does not require the builder to return to complete any other work unless you have this legally specified in your written contract.
Description of Work: Donnie Bledsoe built our 3114 square foot home for us. When we found it, the sheetrock had been completed and we were able to make some changes. Our project began in late October of 2005 and we closed on our house in early April 2006.
