He does the cheapest work he can do. He fixed my window and siding. My gutters now leak because of what he did. He hired a subcontractor that did a lousy job on our roof. He told us he would help us fix the roof in August. He brought tiles over that sat in our driveway until November. They knocked my ceiling fan off track, plaster fell, and the broke my track lighting because they were banging so h****** the roof. In November, he finally called and said they were coming to do the roof, he questioned why I wanted to be present while they were there and I was offended by that. I signed the contract for him to do work in June, he was supposed to be done in July. We went to court because of this. We hired another roofer to put a metal roof on the roof he ruined and it cost me another $6,000. The lawyers cost me even more money.
