A service technician came out to my home to diagnose the problem.I don't know if he was having a bad day,or what but he was really rude.He kept talking about my property deed,like that was any of his business.I called him out to diagnose a problem with my HVAC ,not appraise "MY" property.

I went through the TVA program and had them insulate the attice and redue the duct work. The insulation in the attic went flawless. They installed the duct work in the baement and everything went well until the inspector for TVA cam in. They were supposedly certified to work on TVA projects but when the inpsector came in he made them come back and reseal all of the connections to the main trunk line. Then when they were done he inspected it again and they had installed a lower class insulated duct and had to come back and tare it all out and reinstall the right stuff. It wasn't a big thing for me since the TVA inspector was the one that had to make them comply but I am now weary of using them since I don't know anything about it. If the inspector hadn't been there they would have gotten away with a subpar job and I wouldn't have known about it. Thanks to TVA the job got done right but took forever for all the mistakes to get fixed.

We called on a late Monday afternoon in February after our heat pump suddenly quit blowing air and smelled bad. A service man told us they would be out the following day after noon. He came around 5pm and within minutes assessed the problem was our motor needed replaced. He had the part with him and had it changed in less than an hour. He was polite and tidy. He then noticed it wasn't blowing appropriate temperature inside so he asked if we wanted to add R22 while he was here. It indeed needed it because our unit is running it's best.

I liked the services they provided. They come when I call, because of my lung problem.

They were pretty prompt and very polite. They are local. They didn't charge us anything to check it out. They are listed as one of the top companies in our newspaper.

Had heat out in one part of the house - call Stinnett yesterday and they came early this morning after calling first. The man found the power way out in that area - not just the heat pump. He went ahead and fixed the power problem for me and then proceeded to check all the heat pumps for the winter while he was here. Marvin was cheerful and positive and just went ahead and fixed whatever needed fixing!
