I called and maid an appointment roughly 2 days before. When I dropped off my truck they were expecting me and treated me as though they wanted my business which is rare these days. I told them to call me when it was finished. They estimated a few hours and within 3 hours they called me. It is the first time I have NOT had to call an auto shop 15 min before closing to see if my vehicle was done. When I got there I was a little surprised by how much the bill was. They took the time to explain to me that the other ford dealerships I have worked with neglected to change one of the fuel filters. I questioned what they said and they showed me the OEM part. I paid the bill and drove my truck. Whatever they did made a big difference. I have no doubt that I will take my truck back to Rusty Wallace Ford for any warranty or non warranty work. You actually get what you pay for at this dealership.

I arrived at 12:55 for my 1 o'clock appointment. checked car in, and I saw it in the bays at 1:10 or so. by 2:30 my car was repaired and I was on my way.
