Reliable Roof Repair

Here on time...seemed very knowledgeable about his trade

We contacted Daniel and told him what the issue was. He gave us his terms of service, which we agreed to. He came out the next day, assessed the area, and made repairs. He also found a piece of metal screen that he used to cover the top of the larger vent tube to prevent debris from getting in (we previously had a bird in there). He guarantees his work for 30 days. It is supposed to rain in 2 days so we will see if he fixed it and we are confident that he did. Daniel was very professional and he has a very nice personality. He charged us exactly what he said he would ($250). We hope we will not need to use him again, but we will if needed.

It was outstanding! He came out exactly when he said he would and started the job immediately. By the end of the day it was finished! He was pleasant and kind. He was really great to work with. I would highly recommend him.

MR. PRICE ARRIVED AT APPROX THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD. I SHOWED HIM THE SUSPECTED AREA(BOTH OUTSIDE) AND INSIDE FROM THE ATTIC. HE HAD A CONTRACT DRAWN UP, WHICH EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO AND GAVE ME ALSO A WRITTEN WARRANTY ON HIS WORK, GOOD FOR THIRTY DAYS. A FEW DAYS LATER WE HAD A HARD RAIN STORM AND THE ROOF LEAKED. I CALLED MR PRICE AND HE WAS HERE THE NEXT DAY. I SHOWED HIM WHERE IT HAD COME THRU THE ROOF. HE IMMEDIATLEY WENT UP ON THE ROOF AND DID SOME MORE CALKING, AND TOLD ME THAT IF I HAD ANY MORE LEAKS TO BE SURE AND CALL HIM. I APPRECIATED HAVING THE CONTRACT AND THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. HIS COURTESY AND HIS HONESTY. I THOUGHT THAT $250.00 WAS HIGH FOR A SERVICE CALL BUT DID NOT ARGUE THE POINT. I WANTED THE PROBLEM FIXED AND I BELIEVE HIM TO BE COMPETENT.
