Lowe's - Newport

When they came to measure and order carpet the installer measured almost 1200 sq ft f carpet and after install had over 650 sq ft of carpet and padding extra did not take old carpet and scrap from new install which we were told he would walk around house hole installing new carpet with muddy shoes also broke a few of the floor vents . When called LOWES was told I was wrong to I took I tires of extra carpet and complained for 3 days to several people who said they were managers finally they said the would refund install fee of $530 but when we bought the carpet install was free with the carpet we purchased at that point we took he $530 and gave up since they said they didn't believe us because he was one there top natal lees

We've used them a couple of times. We previously bought a washer and dryer from them. They came in and did the installation. They were helpful and explained everything before we purchased anything. Things are unfortunately a little higher in the town we live in. We told them it was an emergency and they came very quickly. They were supposed to be here later in the evening but they came earlier.
