In the most recent interaction, about a month ago, he spent twenty minutes trying to diagnose why a 2007 Jeep was sometimes hesitant in starting. He listened, tried this, adjusted that, without resolution. He then applied one of the computer diagnostic tools: It was the Wireless Control Module. He could fix it, but he’d probably have to charge more than the Jeep dealership. He called the dealer, spoke with the head of the service department outlining what he found and sent me there. His charge for the 30 minutes in diagnosing and trying? Zero. I’ve just met Carl, the owner of 321. But he was right there with Anthony and was present when he sent me to the dealer. Both of them are up-and-up. HIGHLY recommended. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
