In the most recent interaction, about a month ago, he spent twenty minutes trying to diagnose why a 2007 Jeep was sometimes hesitant in starting. He listened, tried this, adjusted that, without resolution. He then applied one of the computer diagnostic tools: It was the Wireless Control Module. He could fix it, but he’d probably have to charge more than the Jeep dealership. He called the dealer, spoke with the head of the service department outlining what he found and sent me there. His charge for the 30 minutes in diagnosing and trying? Zero. I’ve just met Carl, the owner of 321. But he was right there with Anthony and was present when he sent me to the dealer. Both of them are up-and-up. HIGHLY recommended. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
Description of Work: 321 Auto Repair treated me right. I’ve known Anthony (one of the mechanics) for some months from his prior employment in another shop. In that case he diagnosed and fixed an old chevy truck. In talking to him before he did the work, he said in the worst case it could cost upwards of $400 maybe 500. I said, whatever it takes. He fixed within a day. The cost? $120. Honest. Capable. But he learned the old fashioned way by working alongside his father and (I think) grandfather.
