It worked out well. They use a zero water type deal. They don't use a lot of chemicals and stuff so it's worked out well for us. It was very good quality. Thy got it , got it done, and got out. They came out when they said were going to do it. It was a quality job. Got the carpets cleaned and didn't have any residue left on it. It probably only took half a day to get the carpets cleaned. He had some comments on some stain type stuff so that was helpful and good.

I am handicapped did not tell me left front door open my dog got out door as I was going to let him out back. They did not seem to care care

Initially they cleaned very good, but then they came back when it dried like most of them do. They came back and redid it but it still did not solve the problem. Something that the previous owners left in the carpet, we can't get it out. It was okay. My interaction with them was fine. I use to do this for a living. If it didn't come out, it's not going to come out, they should have been able to tell us this upfront.

I wasn?t real happy with the job they did. They need to improve on getting the stains up. They weren?t even really stains, but some of the areas was the whole reason I hired a professional company to do it. They just didn?t do a good job. I think the guy that was doing it was a beginner, maybe. I just wasn?t very enthused about it. He kind of went through it quickly. I wouldn?t use them again, put it that way.
I think at that time it was $99 for 3 rooms and a hallway, maybe. I really don?t have a hallway, it is a tiny, little hallway with three rooms surrounding it. Then he charged me extra for a closet which the only area that he did. There was stuff in the closet, but the area that he did that I needed done was only about 2 x 3 feet. It was a tiny, little area. He did it very quickly and I got charged $15 extra or whatever it was and he didn?t even get the area clean.

They were phenomenal. I have carpets cleaned for 30 some years. I have never seen a process or end result like theirs. Price is excellent. They got my carpets far cleanlier then any carpet company ever has. They got the carpets cleaner then the other company a month ago.

They have been great, very outstanding! I have no plans to use anyone else other then them. I like that they come and give a quote but aren't tied into having to do the work right then.
My only complaint is that they send a different cleaner each time and sometimes leave the floor a little to wet. Everyone has always been extra helpful and very polite. They always come on time and get right to work.

The price was some sort of big deal and so, I would give them an A. I don't remember what the price was but it must have been good enough for my wife to agreed to it. Only one person came out for the service. He was very professional. The area was clean when he was finished.

It was about $450. They were A, definitely. They did a great job. Their techs were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. They got in, cleaned the carpets and left. They were very professional and clean. They did an excellent job of moving the furniture that we asked them to move and put it all back.

They've been out twice. The price was fair. The first time they did the steps and what happened was, they used some powered water - no soap or anything like that - but there was a lot of it. So it splashed up against the drywall, along the stairwell and it peeled the drywall. So the second time they came in, I said, "Look, I want you to do the steps again, but just please stay away from the drywall. Do the middle section, kind of like the pathway, about six inches out from each side." So he got done and he said, "I went ahead and did the whole stairway, but was really careful." Well, the same thing happened again. So, that's why I haven't had them back out. For anything else other than stairs, their service is exceptional. They run specials. Except for the stairs, they did a great job.

They do a very good job. We really like them. The service is good quality. They don't use chemicals that is what we like about them. They don 't use chemicals that damage those that have allergies, small children and pets. The workers are very friendly and professional.

We have used them twice. Both times were excellent - we have a cat who periodically will throw up hairballs, so there was some spotting involved. Our carpets are an off-white and they came out beautifully. In fact, we have been expecting to replace the carpets, but the results looked so good that we have put it off. We also had a recliner chair cleaned - it looks almost new now.
