Two of the room had rather old carpet (37 years) used for an office and grandkids playroom, but they cleaned up better than expected. The rest was only 18 months old and cleaned up great.

Zerorez did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Loved how quickly they dried and with no chemical residue. Technician was great and kept us informed during the entire process. Will definitely hire them again.

Zerorez was great. They were A+. I couldn’t ask for better. The cost was very reasonable. They were great. I’m going to use them again. They came out within 2 or 3 days. He was here on time. He explained on time. It’s one of the best services I’ve received. I used this company because of my grandson who has asthma. They clean without using harsh chemicals. They did everything I asked them to do. The cleaning was great. He explained everything. I couldn’t find any fault. He moved the furniture. He did exactly what he said he was he was going to do. I’ve had some poor experiences in the past from other things around the house. Stuff happening around the house. This is one of the best services I’ve ever received. My daughter recommended them because of her son having asthma and I agree with her.

I had got rid of my carpets later on down the line, so I did not have the opportunity to use them again. I have no idea of the cost, I used their special.

It was good. There was more spots that they couldn't get out, other than that they were really good. I heard about them on the radio and for $100 they cleaned my bedroom and closet. For $100 it seems like a real good deal.

It went fine. My carpet was fairly new and already clean. I was just trying to keep it that way. The only thing I can really grade them on was the serviceman himself. He was very nice and did a great job. I did not do a lot of checking around of price but I probably could have gotten someone a little bit cheaper. He was on time. I really do feel like I could have gotten a better price since there was nothing special to do. I just think they are a little high.

They turned out very well. They were right in line with other company's I called. I was very pleased with the results. Totally professional. That they were on time, they did a great job cleaning my carpets and that's the reason why I am referring them. To do the carpets, probably about, it was only one room, probably about an hour. That is the only time that I have used them, only because I took the carpeting out of my house and I don't have a stitch of carpeting left. I have to take care of wood floors so it's about the same.
