- While the job they did on our carpets was decent it is what happened after that has me so upset. With our permission we let the tech pull in our front yard in order to bring hoses through the front door. I was later told by the manager that was against policy but the tech never informed us. We he left he ran over the end of our sidewalk breaking it.(There was plenty of room so it wasn't necessary to drive over sidewalk). We took pictures including the tire tracks and called. We were given a email for the manager whom we sent the pictures to. He informed (by email)us we couldn't prove it was them and we informed him we had pics of the tire tracks that could be matched. He agreed to come look at which point he immediately started telling me all sorts of "patches" we could do. I told him I wanted it repaired correctly not patched. He said he would get with his people and get back to me. He finally got back to me via email which was the only way he communicated with us the entire time except when he came to the house, he said the age and condition of the sidewalk were the problem not them driving over it. The sidewalk was structurally sound prior to them running over it. We responded that we would turn it into his insurance and he responded that he would refund our money for services preformed. It's been weeks and we haven't received a check yet. Major lack of integrity within this business, no respect for client or their property.
