Insurance Agencies
They gave us wrong information on our policies. Would not call us back when we left a message. Rep called us to renew our current policy said they get back to us and didnt. They were excellent the first year. Then each time our policy would come,due we would get a,different person; that was where the problem started. Finally we just called the,insurance company and got our policies corrected. This year changed to another agent.

Customer service was professional and knowledgeable. Prompt appointment times. It took about five weeks to complete the whole underwriting process. Which is normal.
