William was super helpful!  During our initial phone call, he gathered lots of facts in order to help serve us and provide the best options that he could find to fit our needs.  He also sent lots of house information over email so that we could do research and look at these houses without having to waste his time and our time and meet on site if we had decided against certain houses.  Once we had several that we wanted to see in person, he was able to accommodate our schedule and show us homes when it worked best for us.  We had numerous questions about the process and he listened and always had very thorough answers.  He was also able to navigate all of the different parties involved in this process and get back to us with information quickly.  

We ultimately had to put our house hunt on hold for a few months and William was very understanding and helpful.  As soon as our search resumes, he will be the first person we call and can't wait to see what he finds for us next time!
