They're honest and punctual. They keep the customer informed if they find anything abnormal with the heating or the air. They provide quality service and I trust them. Each year it's the same service man so he's familiar with the unit. He knows what to expect. They keep computerized records on everything so the years he has to replace the filter, he already had the filter with him so he doesn't need to go purchase anything. They're customer friendly.

I've been with them since probably 2001. Whenever they do service it's very good. They are very detailed and they let me know everything so there's nothing hidden. The prices have to be good because I'm still with them.

They do the twice annual inspections, heating and air in the appropriate seasons. I've used them for so long I don't price compare. They put the unit in. They're familiar with the unit and I trust them so I have no reason to look for other companies. If they give me a time frame they are going to be here within, they are definitely here in the early part of that time frame. I use them twice a year. I referred them to a lot of neighbors and to a lot of friends. I've never had anybody come back and say it was a bad referral.

I have used them for 20 years. They are just great and was very thorough and very nice. They are very honest. If I ever have a problem they will make sure it gets resolved.

My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's disease and had a scare one night when she answered the door to a stranger and her caregiver hadn't heard the doorbell.  We asked Wheeler to then come in to install an additional doorbell in the back of her house.  We were pleased with their work and will absolutely use them again.

Locally owned. You deal with the same people every time. They are very good. Their follow-up is great. They do a write up about what they have done, or what they found.

I have no problems recommending them to anyone. They did a great job on our home. I don't know what type of system they installed, but our house is over 3000 square feet, and the systems heat and cool it just fine. I know it was also covered by a warranty. Actually, my builder hired and paid them, so I am unaware of what the cost was.

Wheeler Heating & Air Conditioning do a great job. We always have them service the unit every year. I go to them, because they are very reliable. I have never had to wait for them.
