West Side Electric Service / Jerry Bone were great at every level. It was Saturday morning 2/20/21 first warm day in a week 34 degrees. NES responded quickly and determined issues with meter box. They do not repair meter box. NES disconnected my service and said “call an electrician”. I called West Side Electric Service. It was Saturday morning Jerry answered the phone and had his men there in less than 2 hours. The repair was timely, professional and the price was fair. Very pleased. Will recommend and use again. THANKS

They came out quickly and resolved the problem. Showed up on time and I appreciated they were willing to do a small job without having to wait days.

I got some ridiculously high estimates from other electricians, and then someone told me about West Side. They came, looked it over, and just fixed it. And charged less than $100.00. No fuss, no muss, no waiting. A bargain, and it is doing fine. It was not a temporary fix, it is doing great still.

Technicians were able to do the work the same day I called. They were friendly and efficient, kind of folksy and clearly knew their business. Their prices were very reasonable based on my previous experiences with electricians. I would definitely use them again.

The end result was good but the scheduling was difficult and they were not communicative about critical inspection issues and our schedule was delayed a number of times. Everything that went wrong, they made it right.

Great, can not complain. Work is done as expected. If parts or something else needed, they will let you know when to expect job finished. Keep you in the loop.

They started when promised, finished when promised, completed the work in a professional manner, and the price was extremely fair.
I have used them several times with the same results. Have also recommended them to several friends in the area.

Overall, it went really well. I sometimes still have issues with my HVAC unit but they were not the ones that originally installed it so I would not relate this to my experience with them. It is a little pricey though to have them come by for an hour or so to repair an issue with the air not switching over to cool in the summer or heat in the winter. Other than that, the experience was great. They were very professional and were reliable to arrive on time and complete the work needed.

Westside Electric Service overbooks their servicemen. The guys who came here were 2 hours late, but they were very nice and apologetic. Then they realized they didn't have the right tools, so they had to come back at a later date. Again, they were late. They were a little sloppy looking, but again very nice. I blame the company for the delays, not the servicemen.

Westside Electric provided me with excellent workmanship. They were timely and tidy. After the new fixtures were installed they cleaned up everything to make sure they didn't leave a mess. The service people were very pleasant and nice.
