In January 2014 it became necessary to replace the heat pump that Watson had installed years earlier.  While checking the old installation to determine what would be needed to replace the old system, two different technicians from two different companies noted that the existing coolant line was the incorrect size for the equipment that Watson had installed.   The representatives said that this had been causing some lost of efficiency in the system over the years.  This revelation would not have been all that significant except for the past history with Watson.   
Following the installation of the system in 1996, I began to find defects in the duct work and incorrect installation of other parts of the equipment.  There were so many defects I contacted several agencies to assist in trying to get Watson to fix them.  Watson refused fax all of the defects.  Finally the local codes department ordered Watson to come to my house to fix the problems.  The supervisor from the mechanical section of the codes department also came to my house and supervised Watson to get the defects corrected.

This was the second time Watson electric has been out to my house.  They have fixed my heating and air conditioning units and each time they have been prompt, polite, informative and reasonably priced.  The technician was very helpful in offering advice on how to keep my monthly costs down and things to look for prior to calling them out in the future.  These pieces of advise have already saved me a call out this past summer.   I am a loyal customer and will remain so.

They were extraordinary.  He actually researched through all of the manufacturers which system would work for me.  They had to install lights in the attic.  They had to do some light carpentry work to reinforce things to be up to code.  They were very punctual and easy to get in contact with.  They were also extremely clean.

Tom and his crew were very professional.  Tom owns the company so it was very comforting to see him out on site managing his people.  They did exactly what they said they would in the timeframe they estimated.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

They are definitely the fairest when it comes to bids. You get what you paid for. They are very honest about the type of equipment. They make solid recommendations. Quality service when you call and have an issue. They come out quickly and resolve it. Even the owner gets his hands dirty.

After discovering our heat was not working, we called Watsons and they came out.  In a matter of minutes they told us what was wrong, fixed it, and gave us advice on what to do in the future should it happen again.

Watson Electrical scheduled my appointment within 24hrs of my call.  The office called to alert me when the service man was on his way to my home.

Watson Electric came out on short notice to do an annual tune up on two systems in our home and one system in an in laws condo.  Very helpful on the phone (reception), called prior to arrival, the tech that showed up was very professional, quick and knowledgeable.  Nothing was wrong and they didn't try and upsell anything, that.....I really like.  Overall a good experience.  

Great experience with Tom, the owner, and his associates. They were all very friendly and kept me informed as to the progress of the work. Tom did a lot of the work himself. They explained everything to me once the work was done. Tom even replaced a grill that was vibrating because the air flow is so much greater than it was with our old undersized unit. Tom truly wants us to be happy with the work he did for us and that means a lot to me. I'll recommend Watson Electric to all my friends. The price was great for the equipment we got and the duct work looks much better than before. We are very happy and staying comfortable in our house.

I highly recommend this company. They have excellent service and honest rates. They always respond to my calls right away. I have been using them for over 8 years for all of the heating and cooling needs for both of my 20 year old units. I have been happy with the friendly and quality service they provide each and every time they have visited. I have recommended them to many friends and they have all had the same great experience I have had.

Came home on night. Noticed one of my furnaces wasn't igniting. Called them first thing in the morning. They came a couple hours later with the right part based on my description. Replaced the part and it works great.

From the initial phone call to the site visit to the writing of the contract, to the actual installation. I have no complaints. They actually showed up before they promised (they called to confirm that this was OK, too) and worked late so they could finish on the day they promised. They called and made additional visits to tweak the system. There was an issue with the thermostat not communicating exactly as it was supposed to, so they exchanged it for an even better one. They were not only sympathetic to all of our concerns, but they seemed to genuinely care that we were completely satisfied and that we understood our options. The workers were very neat and clean, did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves. All of our questions were answered and everything was explained well.

This company is awesome! This is the second time I have used them within the last year and have been so pleased with both experiences. They patiently educated me on how systems work, what's available that would satisfy the requirements of my home, and even helped me decide which brand I would be happiest with.

The guy did a great job. I was very satisfied. He did a number of things to check if the air conditioner could just be repaired but it had to be replaced. He was recommended by a friend and I did find him on Angie's List with high ratings. I only checked one other company but I really have nothing to compare the price to.

Tom scheduled my installation of a carrier 15 seer hybrid unit within a week of my estimate. He arrived promptly at 8:30 that Monday morning along with three techs, Andre, Clint and John. They were a very professional group, laying down draping in the doorway to cut down on the debris while going in and out the door. It was a very time consuming job, each of the techs working diligently at their assignments. There was a lot of wood dust from cutting the holes in the floorboards, cutting through the tile in the bathroom and even concrete in the laundry room, but they cleaned up very well after themselves. Tom Watson is a rare breed in the service industry. He goes above and beyond the job. He installed a stair step on the drop down ladder in the attic that was broken. I had quite a bit of time to view the work ethics of his staff and they are flawless! They work steadily, yet take their time to do the job with perfection. I recommend Watson Electric with the highest grade possible!

Wow! Why can't more contractors be like this. Showed up when he said he would for the estimate. Gave us options, the quotes were comprehensive and complete. The prices quoted included everything; no add ons. The final price matched the quote exactly. They did the install the day after the estimate. Polite, professional, on time; the best. I wish I had more work for these guys to do.

My old system was at least 17 years old and starting to act up and require expensive repairs. I called another company first and their repairman seemed to push pretty hard to sell us a new unit plus humidifier and revamping some duct work, and left us with pretty sketchy written estimates. Based on Angie's List reports, I called Tom Watson to come out to review the situation. Tom gave me detailed written estimates that were several hundred dollars lower than the other company for the SAME UNITS, didn't think there was any problem with the ducts, and didn't think a humidifier was worth the expense until I had a chance to live with the new system first and see if the comfort was sufficiently improved without a humidifier. He recommended what he thought was most cost-effective for my situation, and it was not the most expensive of the systems quoted. The work was done on time with no problems, tested and adjusted and re-tested, and he thoroughly explained the new programmable thermostat.
