USED BOX WAREHOUSE

I couldn't use them because they are no longer in business!

We had a bit of trouble locating the building because it is quite non-descript.  They seem to have the used box sales as an off shoot of doing a lot of shipping for commercial businesses and have lots of boxes left over.

We located the building, requested certain box sizes and also bought used packing paper which was, of course, wrinkled but in good packing order. The packing paper came in large plastic bags which were easy to  carry.  The gentleman help us (2 females) to our vehicle with the heavy boxes which were neatly broken down. We paid him and off we went!  The whole transaction took about 15 mins.  A huge savings!

All went very smoothly. I ordered via the website, they called to arrange the delivery, then delivered and stacked the broken-down boxes where I could easily handle them. While these boxes have been used, they were in very good shape and were not the flimsy type found at hardware stores. It was very helpful to have the boxes delivered rather than loading boxes in my car and schlepping them into the house. They are heavy and moving broken-down boxes is awkward for a small woman.

This is the second time we used them for moving boxes and supplies. Once we had them delivered and the other time we picked them up. It's a good value. The boxes are used but still perfectly good. They provide various sizes and will even provide used packing paper. The packing paper is sold in large bags but was clean and easy to use. The will even pick them back up after you are finished with them. Good value and good for the planet.

I am a professional organizer and I had need of specific box sizes to prepare a client for her move to her new home. She found UBW and suggested I call them while she was out of town. I got on the website and placed an order. I followed through with a call the next day. They had already pulled my boxes I'd ordered and had them ready for pickup that afternoon. When I stopped by to get the boxes, I was immediately greeted, taken care of, guided to the back loading dock where they loaded the flattened boxes for me and made sure my bungee cords were in place to insure safe transport. The boxes were a fraction of the cost from other moving companies, in great condition, and they also offer the service of coming to your home and taking away the boxes you no longer need. I love the aspect of recycling boxes as long as they still have life in them. UBW was run well, efficiently, and they are providing a great service as well as being environmentally friendly. I'm calling them again when I need boxes.

It was a breeze. Very convenient. I used the website to order the supplies. There were many options - individual boxes or packages of boxes estimated by amount of rooms to be moved. They charged $9.99 for supposedly next- day shipping but they actually delivered them the day that I ordered them. A couple of hours after I placed the order they called to arrange a delivery time. The boxes they delivered were not new, but good as new. The packing paper was bagged and somewhat crumbled but actually was very easy to use also. Would definitely recommend them for anyone who is doing their moving themselves. They also offer pickup of boxes but I haven't used that service yet.
