By the time we left we had more weeds than before we started. They were responsive in coming out but could not control the weeds. We now have our service thru another company and within 1 year our lawn looks remarkably better.

Didn't do what I requested and did not clean up well.

This year my lawn looked terrible- much worse than my neighbors, who do not use a lawn service or have irrigation (I do). It was almost completely taken over by a weed that Turf Managers should have killed I called them and it took several weeks of calls and broken appointments to get someone to come out and look at my lawn. The rep told me that the previous rep had been treating our lawn as if it had fescue grass rather than bermuda, which it has. He promised to kill the weeds, fertilize and aerate the lawn to bring it back. They did put down weed killer and fertilizer but it has been month and they have not yet aerated. I could remind them again but I'm tired of chasing them. This is not how one should treat a long-term customer.

Didn't happen because of no response.  Being a established customer of theirs I was surprised that now on 2 occasions they were not interested enough to come out.  One job was $1200 and the other was $1600.  There are now three of us who use Turf Builders on my street as I result of the nice job they did for one of us. Have spoken to the 3rd neighbor who recently had some very nice landscaping done by them and he too said getting them to respond to request for quote then actually doing the job took forever. 

My take is that they do very nice work when they finally get around to it -- perhaps it's an office problem or they don't have enough help or it could be they just want larger jobs?  Don't know?

Carl came to provide an estimate in the spring to treat a prior infestation of bagworms.  He recommended three separate treatments throughout the spring and summer.  Each time before he came, he called to let me know he was coming and provided notes after the treatment.  No bagworms this year!

Hired them about 2 months ago. They do a hurried job and miss a lot of detail. I called to inform the management of the issue to give a chance to correct. I was told someone would get in touch to evaluate the service and correct. No response. Needless to say, shopping for another service...

they are punctual , professional and at a reasonable price.

Been a customer for over a year, they do a pretty good job but we still have weeds in our yard. Granted, these are pretty aggressive weeds but after a year and a half you would think they would be gone.

We really felt taken advantage of. They were putting down their chemicals when it was clear that it wasn't working. We were promised a beautiful lawn and we have mostly rocks and dirt now. No one ever called - they just kept applying the chemical (when it clearly wasn't working) and charging us. Completely unprofessional experience. We may not have any weeds now but we also have no grass. They were supposed to come and take a look - provide an evaluation ... never happened.

The lawn has weeds and has been called out many times. All hey do is apply more product and charge more money. The worst lawn service I have ever had. Will look for someone else next year

We just started contracting with them. They do a monthly service for us. I think, they're very good. They're a little expensive, but we're just having some lawn maintenance done and they do a beautiful work.

No problems. Signed up, they started working. Invoice me regularly. Responsive when I call with schedule changes, new tasks, etc.

The staff has been extremely friendly and have answered any questions that I've had. I now have grass growing where before was only dirt... Anne's idea of putting an erosion mat down while the grass seed took hold was a good idea. Do I still have some bare spots in the back? Yes. But I'm hoping that will fill in this coming spring/summer.

Very professional company with great customer service. Lawn was a mess coming out of lass winter with weeds everywhere and they mowed and started treating then. Looked pretty good throughout summer. Lawn isn't weed free by any means but it seems to be better off than when I started. Staff seems very knowledgeable and they've been very pleasant to deal with.

They just recently finished aerating and over seeding our lawn and they did a fantastic job. Considering the heat this summer, they did a good job keeping it looking great and we are pleased with their service. Ann Jackson is our contact and she has been remarkable about meeting all our needs and is very service orientated. Our lawn has never looked better.

They have done better than anyone else we had come out. They are very hard and dedicated workers. They are very responsive and always on time. They have corrected problems that have been overlooked by other landscapers in the past. They are very reliable, friendly, and fair priced. We will continue to use the in the future.

I called and Spoke with Preston, the manager on the phone. He assured me that our lawn would be mowed and gave me an estimate using "google earth." Apparently he's too "busy" to come out and do an estimate himself. After coming home yesterday, I found my lawn to look like the amazon and after speaking with him via email this morning he assures me that the lawn was cut. In conclusion, YOU'RE FIRED!have a nice day!

They are very professional and pet friendly, which is very importaant to us. They showed up at their scheduled time.

They come and have applied treatments to my yard.

They are awesome. They call if they can't make it. They are always there when they say they will be there. We have a gate that is really hard to close, and they always make sure to close the gate so our dog doesn't get out. They are very helpful. They even offered to help my mom plant flowers one day. They are the nicest guys to work with. We have a big back yard, so I think the price is excellent. I think we are going to get them to clean the gutters the next time they are here.

We interviewed several lawn care companies before choosing Turf Managers. We were especially impressed with the professionalism of their sales representative, Ann Jackson. The company did not oversell its services to us. Their employees work quickly and efficiently, and all issues have been addressed promptly and courteously. They are very responsive and have successfully referred us to other providers in related areas. The company narrowly missed an and quot;Aand quot; grade in quality from us because of some mowing issues we experienced earlier in the year. They were addressed, and we have not had any subsequent problems with their mowing services. We are very pleased overall, and will continue to use Turf Managers for our lawn care needs. We have also recommended the company to some of our friends and neighbors.

Please note that although the approximate date of service is listed as 7/31/2011, it is incomplete because of a limitation in the Angie's List report format. The approximate dates of service were Fall 2010 through July 2011 and include a prepayment for the lawn, tree and shrub applications for January through December 2011.

Estimate given. They spray once a month and leave a yard sign with instructions. Great that I don't need to be home for appointment. Bill is left on door knob but email billing also available.
