Tri-County's estimator came out exactly as he said he would and quoted a good price. Was a true salesman from the first time I spoke with him thru the selection. Offered good business deals while pushing his preferred product in a very professional way and backed off immediately when I outlined what exactly it was that I wanted. I have been in sales myself for many years and this guy was good for both the company he works for and the consumer he speaks with. Good Job!!
The installer called promptly at the set time and allowed me 30 minutes before arrival. Arrived, set up and commenced the work at hand. Stayed on it without breaks for phone calls or anything. Most professional in his mannerisms and business. I was indeed impressed with his work ethic and his experience showed. Cleaned up behind himself and gave good customer education about the product after installation. Another Good Job!!!

Incidentally I referred a friend who had a door replaced the next day by the same company and installer. He called me with the same glowing report after his job. He said he could not be more happier with the finished product and the price.

They were on time and knew what they were doing. They stuck with the price, which was very low and did not charge me extra. I would ask for them to come back.

First Class. I called every garage door company in Nashville trying to find someone who could frame and install a nonstandard size basement/garage door 6'9and quot; x 7'6and quot;. Tri-County was the only one willing or able to do it. Mr. Scott Ogle takes great pride in his work and did a fantastic job on a very difficult framing job. He had to build the frame to accommodate the door. The opening was out of square because it was built in the 1940's and has settled quite a bit. The house is stone which added extra difficulty to the framing. He actually cut the outside framing to curve with the stone. How many people would or could do that! He spent a lot of time to make sure it was done right and did the entire job by himself. After the job was finished he even drove to Lowes for spray foam for the edges of the inside frame. I cannot tell you how long I searched for someone to do this job and how much I appreciated his extra effort. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Ogle with Tri-County.

Extra time was taken to adjust one of the main hinges.

The issue was quickly diagnosed. The technician took the time to show me what the issue was, explain why repairing old unit was not cost effective but layed out all options.
From his selections, I choose what unit i wanted and in short order, it was installed and I was able to get on with the rest of my day.

Because Tri-County Garage has such a large service area appointments for estimates and service is scheduled in order to consolidate service for each service area. When the service people were scheduled they arrived promptly. The door worked first time and every time. The cost included two remotes rather than the usual one. Tri-County Garage came highly recommended.
Estimates were very competitive.
Tri-County Garage installer did not leave until everything was tested in our presence, all our questions were answered and all features were explained.

Because of the larger service area, work may be scheduled when installers are in your area, rather than same or next day installation. Service persons are in different areas on different days each week. The minor wait of a day or two is well worth it because work is excellent.
This review deals with installation of new equipment and does not address repairs of existing equipment.

They are the experts.

I had the garage door maintenance for $99.
They missed the first appointment and when he came, spent all of 4 minutes.
I told him that the door was giving trouble staying closed and I thought it was the button on the wall. He told me that it was working for him. After he left, the door was doing the same thing as before. I had to write Dr. Electric for some help. He suggested that it was the button.
I called the garage door company again. He came out and told me that if they have to come out again they will have to charge me.
They changed the button on the wall charged me $20 and I never had problems since. I NEVER want to see this company again.

Had a problem with the middle of the bottom section of the garage door colapsing when he door closed. Called Tri-County and when they arrived I asked if it could be repaired. He said it could and he quickly and easily installed a support bar the width of he garage door and that fixed the problem.

Did not find out additional work had been done until the next day when the office called for payment. They showed up as scheduled, and I have no issues with the repair or for the price paid for the work actually done, but they should have received authorization before performing additional work.

From the first phone call to schedule the estimate to the installation of the door this was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had. Every person involved in my purchase of my new door were prompt, polite and very professional. My garage door was not a standard size and the employee took his time and measured multiple ways to be sure that when the door was made that it would fit perfectly. A 3 weeks later my door was ready to install. The two gentlemen that installed my door arrived ahead of schedule. The installation was done within a hour and a half. The door is the exact color that I wanted and so quite. My garage floor is uneven and they gave me ideas on how to level it so I will not have a gap on one side. The door is insulated and I can feel the difference in the temperature inside my house.

They were excellent. They did excellent work. It was in the middle of a snowstorm and they came the same day. The price was very reasonable. The door works better than it did when we moved in the house. They were awesome. It was around 10 pm and they didn't charge any extra for coming out. They did the work awesome. We sent them to our other house and you can hear every door when they go up and down; you can't hear our door. They are definitely 4 stars. Most of the people we contacted couldn't come until a day or two later. The door was half way up and they worked very hard.

They came on the day that we made the request and they were excellent. I think they are exceptional and I would definitely use them in the future.

I thought they were good. The salesman was good and courteous. I called them back and they came back.

The man from Tri-county made a new sturdy metal frame on site and shored up the rest of the garage door. He took absolute pride in his work and did a perfect job.

I felt Tri County Garage was wonderful. They were on time and attentive to me as a home owner. Tri County was very professional. I would recommend them to family and friends.
