Very well. Sean was courteous and professional. The only problem I had was that my original consultation had to be rescheduled. The scheduler said she would call me back with a new date, but I did not hear back from her for about three weeks. So I called again a few days ago and was given a date ( today) promptly.

Brett Gordon came out for to give me an estimate and then again to follow-up the details of purchase and installation. He was professional and friendly. He explained all aspects of the cost, measurements, and installation. The EcoView installation team was professional, friendly, and efficient. It took around five hours to install and did not appear to be at all easy, which begs the question why SunSetter Awnings would sell direct to a customer for self-installation? I am extremely glad I chose to use EcoView, an authorized SunSetter dealer, to make suggestions, complete the measurements and the complex installation.

The price on the windows seemed ok. Prior to ordering any, I hired them to repair some siding, and door installation.
Price was high, but went with it as they were available immediately. The worker totally blew us off the scheduled day to start the work. No phone call, no show. Then the next day he showed up at lunch time, and then needed to go get materials. When I arrived back from lunch, (45 minutes later) he was sitting in a chair taking a smoke break. After the second day of work he phoned to say that he was finished and wanted payment for the remaining 50%. I drove to the property and found that the door was not correctly installed, as well as other issues in the siding. I just sent them a picture of how the siding is loose already, and their response was for me to go buy liquid nails.
I believe after all the research that I have done, they do have quality windows, BUT, would never be able to trust that they could install ANYTHING. Total waste of my money.
Ecoview lost their Good House Keeping Seal of Approval.
They no longer sell as Ecoview - but I was told that they are selling as Earthwise windows. Not sure.

"We are sorry [member name removed] is so dissatisfied, we did not start off well. We were attempting to "reuse" products (door and siding) that were already installed on the house, which made the installation more difficult than if we had started with all new products...we learned a lesson and will no longer do this going forward....The fact still remains that we accepted the job and we had some problems with the job and we take full responsibility. as to the remark that Ecoview "lost" their Good Housekeeping Seal.....EcoView never had the "seal", we have always sold Earthwise Windows and the Earthwise Window Has the "seal" and it has never been "lost"....we are proud to carry such a fine window, it is 1 of only 3 windows to carry the "seal". Once again we are sorry to have "botched" this job."

It went very well. They were very professional. It's perfect. I love it. They were great. I think it was a fair price. The other day, I left my remote outside and it rained and I called the company and they taught me exactly what I needed to do and got the remote ordered and they were super good about it. They didn't charge me for another remote. They were very professional. It was really well done.

Ok, however, on the first decent rain my gutters (along with my neighbors) were leaking worse than ever. called them back serveral times.....gutters still leaking.

"We did not install the gutters that is talking about. We told him we would caulk, but, not guarantee that we could stop the leaking. The way the gutter guard installs we do not have to move the gutter, so I'm at a loss to explain how it became worse after we installed. I never saw how bad the gutters leaked before, so I'm not able to testify as to if it is worse or better than before. We sold a gutter guard to keep out leaves. I always tell people with leaky gutters if you want to stop leaks replace your gutters. We do not promise to stop existing gutters from leaking. We know it's almost impossible to do so. I'm sorry we could not stop his gutters from leaking."

Outstanding. There is NO WAY I could have installed the Sunsetter Awning myself... please do not try to do this yourself, you'll regret trying! Brett (the owner) is awesome - he came out and made recommendations on our order. The order arrived much quickly than anticipated. And we used them for installation. I can't say enough great things about Brett and his amazing installation team. They surpassed our every expectation when it comes to install. If you're looking at ordering Sunsetter Awnings, this is the company to use in Nashville. And I highly recommend adding the wind sensor for automatic retraction, the drop down sun screen on the front, and most importantly... get the lights, they are so cool and perfect for evening get-togethers in the summer. this avery good company to deal with in al respects.gordon was great guy. he showed his product without being over bearing boring. he did not press you to buy . this windows have cut gas andlights greatly. i am so proud i called him. my house backs backs up to i65. it has reduced road noise by 100 percent. thanks to ecview. robert moore

They showed up when they said they would be there and were very good at installing the awning. They worked hard to get it done quickly but made sure it was done properly. They took the time to explain how to adjust it if needed and answered all our questions. We have enjoyed the awning and waited this long before we placed this info to make sure no problems would show up after using it for a bit. No problems!!!!! It has done what they claimed in lowering the temperature on our deck and also inside the room that opens onto the deck. We are very pleased that we got the awning and are pleased with who sold it to us and who installed it.
