Installer arrived on time, which was very responsive to my call. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and determine how to fix it. My only issue is that I didn't know that they don't also do the drywall repair once they tear into a wall or ceiling, so I had to get another contractor.

all three that were recommended responded very rapidly. the one I hired was the one that could get to me the soonest. He got here within a few hours and got things unclogged.

Great work, but pricey

I had several faucet and shower problems with both of our bathrooms. Robert provided a quote and was able to complete the work needed in less time. Everything was above exceptional and the price was within my budget. I will definitely use this company again.

The repairman sent was rude. He did not complete a repair on the initial visit stating he couldn't find a leak. The repair was completed the following day thanks to the Service Manager who was very nice.

Because of an emergency, they got to my house 30 min. before I did. They were able to address the problem, confirm the cost, and have the new water heater at my house by the time I arrived. The workers were polite, professional, and extremely helpful.

I called Total HVAC yesterday and made an appointment to have a water heater installed today. I also got a quote on what the job would cost. The man arrived right on time this morning. He was very friendly but wasted no time getting right to work. He was professional, efficient, and had the job done in a very timely manner. He checked closely to make sure there were no leaks, and cleaned up the work area, leaving it better than he found it actually. He gave me my bill, which was exactly what I had been quoted, and seemed more than reasonable to me. He thanked me for my business and left. Total HVAC,LLC will be my "go to" guys for any and all future jobs that I might need done. I highly recommend these people if you want a great job done for a reasonable price.
