After contacting Thom, he came over the same day to look over the job. He was very attentive to my needs and offered expert advice. He called back that day with an estimated which between three bids was the most cost estimate. He was able to start the job immediately and finished in a timely manner. The room looks terrific and I am very pleased. I will use Thom again.

Thom did an excellent job painting my townhouse. He was punctual, neat and even helped me in picking out a paint color for my hallway. I have had some issues in the past with painters and I am happy that I finally found someone reliable and pleasant to work with.

I got a good feeling when I first met Thom. He was very professional and told me he loves to paint. I told him I was picky, picky and he didn't seem to flinch. He explained to me that he works alone and told me how long it would take to complete the job. He was right on target.
Thom was very responsive. I emailed him on several occasions and he replied very quickly. He always arrived at our home on time.
Thom was neat, clean and knew what he was doing. He was very patient and never had a "well this is the way it is attitude" like others who have done work at our home. When he was finished painting he asked me to look at all the walls and if there were any areas that needed his attention, he would do so. And he did!!
When I decide to paint the rest of our home, I would definitely call Thom!!

We hired Thom based on Angie's List reviews and were not dissappointed. After pulling off wallpaper and house settling, our kitchen needed someone with experience to caulk and patch. Thom did an excellent job in making our kitchen look new and fresh again. We highly recommend him and enjoyed working with him. He is very professional, comes on time, and does what he says he will do.

Thom is an excellent painter. I met him about a year ago and he has been at one of my homes several times working on numerous projects. He has repaired my back door at least 3 times from a new puppy chewing on it.

Thom was helpful, informative and courteous from the first phone call inquiry. He scheduled an appointment to give a quote within a few days of my phone call and was on time.
When giving the quote he was helpful and priced out the job in sections so we could pick which rooms for him to paint according to our budget. This was a very helpful service.
He spent approximately two weeks painting. Thom was courteous, professional and easy to work with. His work was top-notch and showed great attention to detail.
We would definitely call him again if we decide to paint the other rooms in our house.

Thom painted most of the downstairs of our home, and we can highly recommend both his skill and professionalism. He came promptly to our home and quickly got back to us with an estimate, which was quite reasonable and fair. He was then able to start work within 3 days, and also gave us great advice on both paint type and color along the way. Highly recommended.

The rooms were painted with very dark accent colors, we wanted light and airy! Thom did an amazing job. The home looks so much brighter now. At the last minute, I asked him if he could do the double-sided fireplace, and he graciously did! Thank-you Thom!

We recently purchased a one bedroom condo that needed significant patching, prep work and painting. This was my first experience on Angie's List and I was very pleased with the result! Thom provided a detailed estimate of the work to be done, delivered proof of his insurance to our building manager in advance of starting, assisted in decisions about paint colors and type of paint, and did an excellent job of getting the work done! Our place looks so much better thanks to Thom's attention to detail and patching work. He was a joy to work with and I would hire him again!

Thom came highly recommended by a friend. After having a bad experience with a previous painter (my bedroom ceiling was painted twice and Thom still had to redo it) I wanted someone meticulous. Thom fit the bill! He had a "laser arm" cutting in, was neat, trustworthy and fun to have in my house. He was not my least expensive bid, but you get what you pay for. He never lost his patience with me when I added more work or changed my major color three times. He wanted me to be happy and stayed with the job until I was. My house looks great and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Great personality and sense of humor!!

I was looking for painters on angies list and found Thom. He was very responsive and worked within our changing budget (we had just purchased and repairs were mounting). Thom was great to work with. He wasn't the cheapest but he did a much better job than other painters I've used.

Excellent experience. Thom came on short notice, gave a fair price, and was available shortly after to repair our walls. The wall was peeled by accident and it was a complete mess, so we called Thom and he came and did a fantastic job our our bathroom wall. The wall looks better than the other four walls now, and the price was fantastic. Thom was on-time, quick, and very professional. I would definately use his services again.

This is our second time to hire Thom for painting, and we were not disappointed. I don't like giving him a B in any category, but I felt compelled to do so since he did run late one day of two. It certainly didn't affect his productivity, though! The project went smoothly and he was open to me adding to his list of to-do's as we went. He knew we were on a deadline and he even made a special trip out on an extra day to put a final coat on one of those extra projects. He works quietly and efficiently, uses quality products, and is pleasant to have around the house. He offered advice on unrelated projects and I know I can call him for any sort of guidance in home color and design. Will certainly hire him again should we need a painter.
