Really good, really fair price! In Nashville, the guy even said that I would be wasting my money if I had them do anything, because of the type of tree it was. I have given their name & number out a million times. The power people came out and did their thing on a tree, there are 2 trees in front, after they came out, I had Davey come out and take a look to see if we needed any additional work to be done. He told me the tree close to the home was an evergreen and wouldn't grow much more, it didn't need any work at the time. So, for an evaluation & work, he was very honest. He wouldn't even charge me!

Davey was a no call-no show for me on several occasions. At first they missed the estimate day when I worked from home. I forgave them then my name wasn't on their board and they forgot about me. They promised to come out 1-2 days later. The person providing estimate showed up 2 days later and demonstrated good knowledge of trees and I verbally agreed to $1050 charge ($900 for tree removal and $150 for stump grinding). Two emailed estimates never made it to me, so I just verbally agreed and was put on schedule. I then took off the day for the actual tree removal. I was home until noon and no one showed up. I was supposed to be first removal of the day! I called the office several times and no one answered because one receptionist was on vacation and they didn't have any back-up for phones. I was then called back between 12-1 and told I would be on the list next. No one showed. I called again and they said weather was moving in and they couldn't get to me. So now I managed to stay home from 7AM-5PM on a day off. Please note - there wasn't one drop of rain that day, just clouds rolling in. I gave up an entire day at my home. I called to complain and they promised to come out in the future, but didn't set a date. Again, I called every day on my vacation between July 24-31 so they this could be resolved when I returned to town. The receptionist said she wouldn't leave until I received a call back. No one ever called. So yesterday they are removing a tree in my neighborhood, on my exact street, 5 homes away, and I call again. No one calls me back. Wanted to give them one final chance to change me to a customer and tell them my plans for this review. I have never given a bad review in my life. So I call another company last night (Davis) and he said he actually apologize for what I have been through and he would be pleased to have my business and he plans to come to my home on his day off. Now THAT is outstanding customer service. I am really not interested in any canned reply how they will investigate this and do the right thing and get back with me because they had 15 opportunities to get back with me.

This business is highly professional. A certified arborist came to the house 2 weeks before the job was to be done, explained how the trimming would proceed, and made suggestions regarding which limbs to remove. On the day of the service, the arborist arrived 1/2 hour before the crew was to arrive, and explained again the process. The crew of 2 arrived on time, with a large chipper in tow. It was very obvious the crew member who climbed the tree was very good at his job! He was quick and efficient, and was very careful to avoid dropping limbs and debris onto our patio garden, which was directly under the tree. At the end of the job, they raked up all debris, and it was barely noticeable that they had been there at all. The entire process took just a little over 1 hour.

They were very professional. They came and did the work as scheduled in an extremely friendly and professional way. One can see that they know what they are doing and that they love tress and their work. Rob Kraker was was very knowledgeable and helpful. There had been an earlier miscommunication but it was completely resolved and we are very satisfied customers and will definitely use them in the future. We recommend them highly!

Had a tree limb fall on house from a bad storm. They were SUPER prompt getting here for an estimate. And were able to get the work done very quickly for a reasonable price. Great friendly crew and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service! Will be a return customer for trim work in the future.

I had a tree that wasn't looking so good. They sent Everett out and he was very helpful and taught while he advised. He walked around our property with me and took a look at things, not just the problem tree. We don't need anything done right away, but when we do, probably in the off season, we will definitely have them out.

Very pleased with the service. We had a very large hackberry tree that was split in one of the joints at the base of the tree. This tree was very tall and situated to fall on the neighbor's home. Davey responded to our call the very next day and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. Because of the danger they expedited our service and the tree was removed within a week. By the time I got home from work I couldn't even tell they had been there other than the tree being removed. They did an expert job in all areas. If we ever have any other needs related to trees, this is the company I will call.

It went well and took from 09:00 to nearly 17:00, with a break for lunch and to empty the tree-chipping machine. The 3-person team clearly knew what it was doing and did it well. The workers were pleasant and polite. No time was wasted.

.The men arrived on the scheduled time and ready to work. They first cut back the Pear Tree branches that impeded access to our driveway for us, then got right to work on the Hack Berry Tree. They pruned a huge amount of branches to lighten the weight of the tree and then installed 3 cables to help keep the tree stable for years to come. Their efforts were a blessing for us. You would never know anything had been done if you were to see it for the first time, and the cables don't show. They even took care not to disturb a niche where a Mama Woodpecker was sitting on her nest with eggs.
We are extremely pleased with the job, and I would like to mention Mr. Everett Miller who came to give me an estimate and explained how they could save the tree. He was very pleasant and had a nice demeanor when dealing with us.
