"We are extremely sorry you had this experience. We performed 62 cleans for you over a 3 year period and every clean should be worth the price. The fact that you took the time to write this review tells me that you must of been very disappointed with this specific date. We do take pride in our staff and their work by backing it with a guarantee of responding within 24 hours of a complaint to take care of the issue. Our call center is top notch and it is surprising that they took weeks to get back to you. We offer a direct line also for any concerns or requests. The sad part is that the longer they cleaned the worse it got. They constantly missed items, did bad cleans, broke or damaged items in my home. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the same people don't always clean your home so each clean varies based on who was sent to do the job or maybe they think you won't notice. Sometimes it was like when they first started and other times it was hard to believe they actually cleaned. When that was the case I would call and they would offer to come back and reclean if I wanted that.
A recent issue was that if anything went wrong or if something was broken or damaged it was somehow always my fault, never theirs, and the customer is NEVER right with them. I think this started with an office staff addition they made about a year and a half ago. They keep track, supposedly, of their calls to you, but never of your return calls to them to answer their 'complaints' and they make decisions concering the clean in your home without consulting you first.
If you decide to use them make sure you record all conversations you have with them or make sure all of your contact with them is in writing with a delivery receipt to prove they received it. Take pictures of all of the expensive breakable items in your home because, contrary to what they tell you during the estimate, if they break it they will require pictures or receipts of the item to replace it and without those you can forget getting it replaced. If you get a bad clean make sure you call and ask them to come reclean because if you don't call, and if you don't take them up on the reclean, you've wasted your money.
