Horrible. The owners blame the customer. They fail to clean everything well. New crews everytime. Sometimes its okay sometimes its horrible. They fail to communicate at all. They dont show up to appointments and then dont contact the customer. Avoid avoid avoid. The cost of the clean is ridiculous for the quality and treatment you get.

At first, the service was good, but they kept sending different people each time and no one knew what they were supposed to do. We would contact the office and it would be a couple of weeks until they would get back to us. The final blow was when they came to clean our house, were done in less than 1/2 hour (usually took 3), left the back door open in the freezing cold weather, didn't clean things that were supposed to be cleaned and in general, the house was worse than when we started. We contacted them immediately and it was another two weeks until we had a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are very organized and professional. They have a website and they give you a number so that you can go to your own portal and say when your next time is and what areas they are going to be concentrating on.

Although, through a mutual decision, The Cleaning Authority no longer cleans my home they did clean my home for almost 4 years and when they started it was great. The price was right, everything was always clean, everything always smelled good and they did a great job. I recommended them to everyone. This was the case for probably the first 2 1/2 to 3 years.
The sad part is that the longer they cleaned the worse it got. They constantly missed items, did bad cleans, broke or damaged items in my home. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the same people don't always clean your home so each clean varies based on who was sent to do the job or maybe they think you won't notice. Sometimes it was like when they first started and other times it was hard to believe they actually cleaned. When that was the case I would call and they would offer to come back and reclean if I wanted that.
A recent issue was that if anything went wrong or if something was broken or damaged it was somehow always my fault, never theirs, and the customer is NEVER right with them. I think this started with an office staff addition they made about a year and a half ago. They keep track, supposedly, of their calls to you, but never of your return calls to them to answer their 'complaints' and they make decisions concering the clean in your home without consulting you first.
If you decide to use them make sure you record all conversations you have with them or make sure all of your contact with them is in writing with a delivery receipt to prove they received it. Take pictures of all of the expensive breakable items in your home because, contrary to what they tell you during the estimate, if they break it they will require pictures or receipts of the item to replace it and without those you can forget getting it replaced. If you get a bad clean make sure you call and ask them to come reclean because if you don't call, and if you don't take them up on the reclean, you've wasted your money.

They charge me $150 each time they come out. They are great.

Their service is excellent. They are very responsive. They do a thorough job. They let me know exactly what they are going to do. I have enjoyed working with them. I will continue using them. I'm in a regular contract with them.

For the past three years until the last visit, the teams did a pretty good job. The last time, on the 24th, however was a disaster. The office sent out a new team; I was told that they could understand English. I told them that I needed a basic clean with the floors, countertops, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. I also told them it would be two hours and they would need to leave then, as I had a business meeting I had to go to. When a hour and a half had gone by; I went again and told them they would need to leave at the end of two hours and they had not started the floors, den, or kitchen at all. When the two hours were up they had not completed but a 1/3 of the job. I asked them to leave and they refused. She called the office and the office told them to leave. I called the office later and discovered that the manager had not told them what to do and the team did not understand English. The office manager offered to have them come back for an hour free to do some more cleanup, but I passed on this as I did not want anyone in my house that would refuse to leave when asked. I asked another manager there why the team did not do the basic clean and she said they were instructed to clean knick nacks and wall boards. I asked her if it was not common sense to get the floors cleaned and was told that some customers would rather have their knick nacks cleaned. Thus I was out $140 with a still dirty house.

used this company for a number of years, maybe 7-8. They did a good job of cleaning, there was never a question of anything missing. A couple of times there were items broken (to be expected in hundreds of cleaning visits) but they always 'fessed up and offered to replace. The only reason I stopped using them was that when I retired I wanted an approximate time of day they would arrive, so I could go somewhere and get out of the way, which they were not able to provide.

I must tell others that this company has been great to me. I am really impressed with them. They keep files on you and care about your feedback. The guy who gave me the estimate was great and told me they only hire people who love to clean. That tells me they don't just care about warm bodies filling up space. I think they're great.

The cleaning was good but we are moving from the area and called to get our key back. I had to leave 3 messages before anyone called back. Then they said they never got a key. My wife gave them a key, they said the person my wife gave the key to is no longer with the company. They forgot to get the key back from this person. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The employees have the keys and you would think they would ask for them back when an employee leaves. Bad company.

The Cleaning Authority is not real good. After they rotated the cleaning was good but the quality went down gradually.
