The Bank of Nashville - West End Mortgage Office
About us
Alene Gnyp has been a Mortgage Consultant for over 20 years, which allows her to talk with clients (days, evenings & weekends) about their goals for their next home purchase or refinance. She discusses loan programs and makes sure The Bank of Nashville offers what they need. The loan program may be a conforming loan or jumbo loan for a primary residence, vacation home, condo purchase, investment property, No PMI loans, Physician Loans, Dentist Loans (DDS Loan or DMD Loan), DPM loans and DO loans. With Alene being from a family of teachers, she enjoys helping to explain the loan process, loan programs and ensure her clients are comfortable asking questions throughout the loan process. She also meets with clients at a time that is most convenient to them. Working at a full service branch, she can also introduce you to her team members including a personal banker, private banker and branch manager to help with opening your bank accounts. Most of her clients are referred to her by their realtor, financial planner, colleague or a past client. Alene's goal is to ensure that the home financing part of the process is as efficient and enjoyable as possible. She is a huge advocate of being ‘proactive’ rather than ‘reactive’ about the entire loan process. It’s critical to a successful home financing process that all parties (borrower and realtor) be kept updated throughout the loan process. Alene's team goes above and beyond to ensure that their borrowers have a great home financing experience!
