I was moving from another state and was not familiar with Tennessee at all. Tyler provided a lot of background information on the area and took me from house to house, until I found the right one. He made things easy for me during the process which was a little more difficult as I am still residing in another state. Tennessee suffered tornado’s not to long after I bought the home - without me asking he drove by to make sure everything was okay. Which it was. You cannot believe how much I appreciated that extra effort. Will I recommend Tyler, most definitely yes. I highly recommend Tyler as well as the agency as a whole.

Put simply, buying or selling a home is difficult. What made our process easier was working with Caroline at the Anderson Group. She is undoubtedly the most helpful, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent my wife and I have worked with. We were looking for a starter home in Nashville. A lot of times, homes in that price range can be overlooked, and frankly, underworked by real estate agents; however, Caroline never made us feel like our home-buying experience was less of a priority of hers. Caroline was an amazing real estate agent to work with. She was hard-working, flexible and very attentive to what I was looking for in purchasing my new condo in terms of price range, size, neighborhood and amenities. She able to give me listings that fit exactly what I wanted and was very available in being able to show me the properties I was interested in efficiently on my trips from out of town. She was extremely professional, helpful, communicative, responsive and prompt with each of our visits and in returning my phone calls and messages. She was able to answer all of my questions extremely truthfully and didn't hide any information about the property--she even went above and beyond to spend time investigating answers to any questions about a property that she didn't immediately know the answer to. She made negotiating an asking price very easy, even when I had another competitor interested in the condo I wanted which was stressful! Because of her help I was able to buy the property I wanted and love the place. I can't recommend her and the Anderson group enough, they were able to find me exactly what I wanted easily.
