Tennessee Wildlife's performed the work before I purchased and the sellers paid for the service, so I really don't know their cost. I was still getting fresh skunk order inside the house, however, so I called them back out to ensure that the property was secured (after closing). They presented me with a $4k estimate to repair secondary points of entry and a few repairs. They claimed to have informed the previous owner that the work needed to be done and that there were secondary points of entry, but sellers refused to do the work. I asked them to show me the paperwork verifying his claim. He said he would, but would no longer answer my calls or e-mail after that conversation. When the realtor finally reached him, he claimed he didn't know what my issue was. He also wanted to be paid to come to A mediation to work it out.
I ended up using a company recommended by a trusted friend to ensure that the property was no longer compromised.
