She called me after I reached out initially for some work that I needed done on a rental property. When we were talking, she was very rude and told me that she didn't want me as a customer because she didn't like working with people who didn't love fish and ponds like she did. I was ready to sign a maintenance agreement and obviously needed someone to take care of this job, but she was clearly not the one.

After a lot of online research, I was excited about working with Teacup Gardener for backyard hardscaping and landscaping. I left a message and received a callback a day or two later. We discussed what I wanted and set up a time to meet that Friday. The time came and went that day and she never showed up. I called her that about an hour after our appt was due and left a very polite message to see if she was coming. Two or three days later, I still hadn't heard back and was honestly worried that there had been some family emergency. So I called and left another (very polite) message, if anything, just to make sure everything was ok. I never heard back from them and still to this day have no idea what happened.
