TANKSLEY TREE SVC

Crew did not show when they said they would. I was never called. I had to call several hours later to find out what was going on. They told me they apparently overbooked and couldn't get to me today. They said they would call back and let me know when they could do it. I never received a call. I once again had to call to ask details and they came the next day. The tree was taken down pretty quick. There was some damage to the lawn from their heavy machines. No compensation was offered to me for the problems.

They did a great job. Did what they promised. Took down the trees, ground the stumps, and hauled away the debris.

Called to schedule an estimate, spoke with a lady who said he would return my call. Within minutes he called to schedule the free estimate. Kevin came out the next day when he said he would have us an estimate for tree removal and stump grinding and was available the next day to do the project. They came and the tree was gone when I returned from work. They cleaned up great and even took a pile of branches we had laying in the back yard...we will definitely use them again.

They removed 4 trees (ranging from small to large), ground the stumps, and trimmed several trees at one property. They then removed two very large trees (3 ft and 5ft in diameter) from another property and ground the stumps. Their price was great for all the work done and they cleaned up really well. They came when they were supposed to. They have the equipment to work in tight places and with very difficult removals. At one point they had a 60 ft crane in our yard. I would highly recommend them.

They were very effective and very fast. They had a very fair price.

They did the job. I specifically recall that price because we recently were hit with a tornado so I didn't have to get them back out to do more work. He was very agreeable to come out with pretty much standard working hours. He was very professional, very accurate. He gave me the quote on site and he gave me the date when to come out and they came out and took three very large trees down and when I got home from work that day, the gate from the backyard was close and I could not tell that they were here other than the trees were cut down. They were immaculate.

They were on time and did a great job for a great price!

Family owned company, you deal with the same people. They do a good job. They have the bigger equipment. They are pretty prompt, they come out right away.
