Terrible job is not strong enough to say how dissatisfied I am . Sales person on phone did not fully explain cleaning and coating, he was too anxious to book me but did say they would replace furniture when done. When crew arrived, they couldn't just clean and coat as originally priced, without stripping existing coating, which almost tripled the price. I specifically asked if work crew would help with laying carpet back down when done and told they would take care of it including replacing furniture. They left everything in shambles and ran out door saying if it's sticky don't walk on it. I'm a 74-year old woman who now has to move furniture including a sleeper sofa. Will never use again.

Not well, and I took pictures to prove it!!! I was not pleased!! After services were done the technician claimed that my carpet was cheap and that’s why it looked the way that it did!! My carpet isn’t cheap!! I know I paid for it when it was installed!!! It’s one of the most expensive! I did the survey and they asked did I want someone to call to discuss my dismay..... well it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard from them. I won’t be referring them to anyone!! I’m rating them “1”.

I would tell someone to be sure whatever they use to clean the carpet was, there is no way to asses that before they do it but I just know that it didn’t leave my carpet cleaned at a level that I expected. There were still residue and I didn’t like that. I wasn’t happy at all. I tried to use the cleaner on spots that he left and it work better when I used alcohol than the chemical he left to clean it. He could have found a different cleaner that didn’t leave residue.

We had them clean the main areas, some of which had been stained by pet urine. They did a fantastic job - moved furniture, vacuumed, cleaned the carpet, and put down a protectant. I would recommend them and use them again.

I haven't found an ideal carpet cleaner yet. I have used Stanley Steemer. They didn't get some pet stains up like I would have wished.

The techs were not careful. Areas along the sideboards were not cleaned, the rug had areas with animal hair left on, and the maintenance coat for the wood floor product was not heated properly before putting down. I had to call and have them out again to redue the work. The supervisor returned with the same techs, and the job was done correctly this time. The wood floor in the cabin is like it was just laid. It's beautiful.

I have also used them for my hardwood floors in the past and they did an excellent job on it. They did a good job on both services. They are very professional and they take care of all the cleanup afterwards. I have been happy with their work each time that I have had them. They always ask how I like their work and they go over the carpets with me. They have me take a look at it if I am happy with it. Stanley Steemer usually calls back a couple of days later and asks if I am happy with the job and they will come back and take care of any spots that reappear. So, I am very happy with their work. They are very thorough. I called them before Christmas eve and they were all busy but they got me in anyway. They made an appointment for me and they made a point of getting me in. They really went over and above the usual there and I made a point of tipping them for doing such a good job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Honestly, went OK at best. Originally I was provided a 9:00 AM arrival time, which got chenged to 11:00 AM without a call. I did receive a message regarding this change, but no one called me to inform me of the alteration. Secondly, once the cleaning was compelte, I was informed the protable sprung a leak, whcih soaked my hardwoods. Overall I would not use the service again and I agree with the no more than B rating provided at the time of my review submission.

Easy to schedule online. Get a call when technician on his way. Worked hard and efficiently. Cleaning was for six rooms, one hallway, steps, and a walk-in closet. House was empty and vacuumed, since we just moved out of it, so it doesn't get much easier than that for the technician. Took maybe 90 minutes to complete. Will use Stanley Steemer again because of simplicity and doing what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Yes, sometimes it can be just that simple - how refreshing!
