The guy arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled and just said "yeah, I'm early" and laughed it off. No call or email or anything asking if this was OK for us. They sprayed and left residue along all the outer walls of the inside of the house. Ants were and are still coming in from one wall.

It went alright. We still had ants afterwards. They were pleasant and not rude. They followed up with me a couple of times.

My experience with them was fine. I'm not sure how good their chemicals are. They keep the pests at bay, but it's not for long. And then you can't schedule so far in advance. It's almost like they want to do their work at the cheapest level possible, but they're charging as much as anybody else. My contract with them is up in three months and I will not be using them again. I was already a customer when I saw the Big Deal advertised on Angie's List. I asked them for the same price, but they said I had to purchase it through Angie's List to get that price. They wouldn't just give me the reduced price, and I'm an established customer. They're okay. I live in an older house and neighborhood that has a lot of foliage. They tend to get here early, and that's not always convenient.

.We contacted SPC for their yearly maintenance plan - specifically due to ant infestation.  Within days the ants were gone.  We were told we could call back free of charge, under plan terms, for any future ant problems.  Very nice.

Very professional, we have a very small yard, because of this he sprayed the yard twice using all the spray .  Will plan on having     him Again.

Th ey were very thorough, but it is too soon to tell about the success or not--but so far no problem!

They come out when I want them to. They also guaranteed their work and also they checked to make sure that I don't have termites. If there is an infestation of termites, they agreed to cover that under the same plan. They were on time and very professional. They didn't say I have to stay under the contract. He is very thorough and explained what he was doing.
