Southern Comfort Home Inspections

I bought a home that had been inspected just a week prior by a different buyer. I was able to read the previous report, but I still wanted to get my own inspection for my own peace of mind. Brian of Southern Comfort was referred to me by my realtor, and he was fantastic! His report was incredibly thorough and detailed, and he provided a full photo album alongside the report. The previous inspection/inspector was less specific and just attached a few photos of things here and there, but Brian's was head and shoulders above it. He was extremely kind, knowledgable, and taught me a lot about the home as he went along. He understands how important this is to a buyer, and he treats the property as if it's his own. Brian is the owner of the company and he was amazing! Easy to pay for the inspection online. He called before to remind me and to see if I had any specific questions about the property that he should be looking for. We met him at the home and he was prompt, friendly and courteous.
