They did a great job and this is the 2nd time we've used these folks.  It's never as inexpensive as I'd like but they did a fantastic job and I'd use them again.

Before, the rooms would become very hot when the blinds or curtains were open.  The solar film allowed us to open the curtains or raise the blinds and still keep the rooms cool and comfortable.

This is the second house I have used Solar Insulation on.  Great results both times.  They come out once to see what windows you want done and show you the different films that are available.  Then onsite they give you a quote.  You pay 20% up front.  Week or so later they come and install the tint.  The two installers were fast and very polite.  They arrived on time.  I love the look of the tint and it makes a huge difference when cooling my house during the summer months.  I had the side of my house that faces the sun in the morning done, about 14 windows.  I like it so much I will probably do the rest of the house.

They were on time, very professional, quick and stood behind their product.  Through no fault of this company, I subsequently had a thermal crack in a window they had tinted, and they promptly replaced the window and tinted it again.

The service went very well.  They had my car done in the time allotted and the price was the same as the quote.  Very easy to deal with and friendly.

I arrived at my appointed time 10 minutes early and they did not have me in the system.  The worker I made the appointment with failed to enter me in the system.  I had to wait for an extra 20 minutes before they worked on my car.  The install went well, considering it was well below freezing.  The staff was very professional and the install took about 30 minutes.
About a week later the film on one of the passenger windows started peeling away.  Remember, it was a terribly cold winter in this area.  I called, made an appointment and was taken care of in about 15 minutes.  It has been about six months since the tint job and I could not be more pleased.  It looks fantastic and really keeps the car cool.

I contacted Solar Insulation through Angies List on two occasions.  They responded quickly both times but their hours are such that they open after I get to work and close before I get off.  And are also closed on the weekends.
Thanks to a federal holiday, I was finally able to schedule a time.  They were ready for me at the appointed time and the job took a little less than what they quoted.  Following the tinting, they say to give it at lease 3-5 days for the tint to be completely cured and that is correct.  I was concerned at first with a couple of bubbles but they cleared up after sitting in the sun for two days.
Received several compliments already and can tell a noticeable difference in the car being cooler on a hot day.
I will definitely consider them for my other vehicles and potentially for my home as they do a lot of residential and commercial work that could help lower utility bills.

Very smoothly. Quality is superb. You can't tell that the tint wasn't originally part of the glass. It's lasted for several years without a single defect. Product seems to be immune to damage by everyday life with kids.

From the very beginning they worked with me to determine exactly the tint i need for a physician office.  After we decided the tint to use, it took them only one day to do a very large job.  Its been 5 months and I've had no issues with the tint.  Great service.

When I called they recommended that I stop by and see if they could match the tint.  When I stopped they offered to do the job that morning and they did.  Looks good.

Price quote was based on having to have scaffolding because of height but the installers used ladders instead. Never heard back on the pricing so I guess it stands as quoted.

I had two installers come two days after I signed the contract.  They were very professional and neat during the installation.

I had originally had the job scheduled to be done by a company who had successfully just tinted the windows of my car.   They however did not have as extensive of experience with home installations nor had been in business the 37 years like Solar Insulation. Further they were offering to install a product made by a manufacturer with no reputation I could find on the internet.  
I asked for a quote on-line and received a prompt response within 12 hours.  I then I visited their showroom and spoke with the co-owner, Margaret, and we discussed the various options for tinting my windows as well as she provided me with several samples which I could test on my front windows.  Based on the test, I then scheduled installation the next week.
The installation was done by the other co-owner, Lee, who did a professional and excellent job!  The end product looks great, the heat load on my house has been greatly reduced, and I look forward to lower future electricity bills as well as no UV damage to my floor coverings and furnishings as the film installed blocks 99.9% of UV rays.

They were very professional and responsive.  The day I called they sent a rep out to show me my options and within 3 days it was installed.  looks great.

The estimator came out the same day we called and the installer came the following week, as requested.  The film was installed in a very neat and professional manner; taking somewhere between 2 & 3 hours.  We are happy with the results, although it will take getting use to the fact that the rooms are darker in the morning as a result of using the darkest film, which according to the installer is the most popular one chosen by consumers due to it having the highest heat rejection.

Installer was polite, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Now, considering doing my car. Highly recommend.
