I made an appointment on-line. Even though I was punctual, @1:30 pm, and drove in to their shop, I had a 2.5 hour wait as there were several people "ahead" of me. No explanation was offered to waiting room customers. Other than that, the quality was good, the job was excellent, and I was very happy with the end product and service. BUT, be prepared to wait, just as if you were another walk-in, even if you did have an "appointment"!

The tech showed up an hour and a half late. He had personally called me earlier in the day to assure me it would be between 1pm and 3pm. He showed up at 4:30pm just as it began to rain. The weather radar showed that the shower would be passing quickly, however the tech stated that he could not work in the rain (which is understandable) , but I asked him to stick around for up to 30 minutes because the weather radar showed the storm passing over quickly. He ignored me and said that the earliest he could be back would be 5 days in the future. He left immediately and 5 minutes after he was gone the rain stopped and the sun came out just like the weather radar indicated it would. I called him back on his phone but he would not answer, and then it would just go straight to voice mail. Basically he used a summer shower as an excuse to take the rest of the day off. I am now in a bind without my car and without a way to work. I will NEVER give them a penny of my money and I urge anyone who needs automobile glass to look elsewhere. It seems like in this situation he would have waited up to 30 minutes at the very least to see if conditions would improve. But he was more than happy to just leave me without a car indefinitely. The customer service department has yet to answer my email or return my call. And if you check their facebook reviews you will see that 90% of the reviews are 1 star. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! They may have a catchy jingle, but thats all they have going for them!

The work was great - they coordinated with our insurance company but the price was far higher than their estimate. When I asked they said they had quoted the wrong windshield - but since it was through our insurance we weren't personally responsible for the extra charge. Just make sure they stick to their quote if you are paying personally for a replacement

They gave a fabulous Angie's list discount and thus were most affordable. They were efficient and fast. They vacuumed the car and washed all the windows.

The process was very smooth. In most places they will send a technician to your home or office. I chose to make an appointment at their shop in Nashville, Tennessee so that I could have the work done sooner. Because of my automobile insurance I only paid a $50.00 deductible.
