One time they pulled their trailer in front of my driveway and left it there, blocking me from being able to leave.  The real issue is that they knocked down and destroyed one of my trees while they were mowing.  Not only did they not take responsibility, but I had to go to the manager of the complex before they owned up to it.  They insisted on fixing the issue, themselves, assuring me they would have an exact match to what was destroyed.  Five months later, they finally planted a tree, in the middle of winter so we couldn't make sure it was the right kind of tree, so when Spring came, we realized they had planted the wrong kind of tree.  During that five month time, they were contacted via email several times as I didn't think it would take that long to find the tree to replace the one they had ruined.

Now, they refuse to take responsibility for what they did and fix the issue, and I'm left with a lot of wasted time and effort.
