+ -1 moreRonnie was very unreliable. He promised to do a roof estimate for an elderly customer, changed that appointment to a different time, which forced her to change one of her own appointments, and then he didn't show up at all. He then didn't answer the phone when I called him from work. When I called him from my cell phone and identified myself, he hung up on me. It was a horrible experience with a very unprofessional company/contractor.
Description of Work: Basically Ronnie performed no work for me, despite his promise to provide an estimate. I called Ronnie to obtain a roof certification/ estimate for new roof for a customer of mine. He told me that he would be there the next day. He called my customer to change the appointment time and then never showed up to that appointment. When I tried to call him to find out his reason, he hung up the phone on me.
