Romanoff Floor Covering

First, the installation time was inconsistent between confirmation and actual install date by an hour. The appointment setting process was also very difficult to complete. When the installers showed up they first mentioned that they did not know why they were sent to our home for an install. Then they complained about removing laminate flooring which was on our work order to be removed. We had emptied the rooms of all furniture and removed carpet in one room. The installers then proceeded to play very loud music as they worked. The work looked ok as they were leaving, however the carpet began to pull away from the wood floors in one room that night. We scheduled a repair through Home Depot only to have Romanoff show up at the house eight hours early when we were not home. Unprofessional and poor workmanship were the key points of this experience.

they were outstanding.  did a very good job, very quick, showed up on time, cleaned up very well afterwards, very pleasant and professional.  my only comment is that we hired them through Home Depot, and it was clear that they were very sensitive to their relationship with Home Depot, since they probably get a lot of business from them.  this gives the home owner more power.  I don't know what it would be like hiring them directly, probably a little cheaper, but I would hire them through H.D. again because of the leverage you get with that.

Although I had conflicting information between the home improvement store and Brandon, who was the installation leader, he made extra efforts to address any concerns that I had. Michelle, who works in the office, was very helpful.

I feel they did a very good job installing and removing the old the carpeting. The job went smoothly and there were no complaints. It looks good and we are pleased. I think the price was OK, but I really have nothing to compare it in order to say if it was a really good deal or not.

I was please with the work done by Romanoff. They did clean up the area and vacuumed the carpet before they left. I paid for them to take the old carpet out, but that was normal and I didn't mind.

Romanoff did great work in a very short amount of time. He even stayed till 9:00 p.m. to finish our job. He not only is very good at what he does, he is also a great guy.
