A+ service. Ricky Downing is incredibly honest. He is punctual, very fairly priced, excellent quality. It's been our experience that roofing is one of those consumer categories where there are many poor experiences. Ex: My mother's roof had stains on it, otherwise in good condition. Another roofer wanted to replace it. Would highly recommend anyone pricing a new roof use Eagle View to get a satellite measurement of roof dimensions. Very accurate. http://www.eagleview.com/ And then no roofer can mis-calculate the size and needed shingle amounts. You cannot go wrong using Ricky. He's super and easy to work with.
