Our recent move from Illinois to Tennessee would have not been so smooth without Lynn. From the first time we spoke on the phone we knew she was someone we could count on. We had limited time to find new home. Lynn arranged for us to see houses on the weekends when we were in town visiting. She was immensely helpful every step of the way from drafting the offer to the closing, which we were able to do from afar. Lynn arranged our home inspection and made other appointments for us. She even did our final walk through via FaceTime since we were not able to be in town. We definitely recommend Lynn to assist you if you are looking for a new home in the Nashville area!

I have bought and sold 4 houses with the help of Lynn over the past 16 years. She made our transactions unbelievably smooth. When the home inspection was completed, she had already made appointments with professionals for estimates on repairs. I didn't have to lift a finger. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. She is a great communicator and negotiator. But most of all, Lynn wants to find the right home for your family, not just sale you a house. From the initial contact about listing our home for sale until our scheduled closing, Lynn has been the epitome of professionalism & embodies everything a Real Estate professional should be. Lynn guided us through every step of the process, answering any & all questions that arose in a timely manner. Despite not being her only clients, we felt as though we were. She even exceeded our expectations by bringing in a professional photographer and staging our home with matching decorative items from her own collection which made our home look fantastic.
