RDR AUTO WORKS

It worked out great! They did a very good job. Everything went well. They were very nice and friendly. They did a perfect job and the work looks good. I was happy.

I had some damage to the front end of my Porsche. I called my auto broker, from whom we have purchased several cars, and asked him who to take it to. He asked me which car I needed work on, and when I told him it was the Porsche, he immediately said that he sends all his "high end" work to RDR. When I got there, I was a bit shocked, since it is a hole-in-the wall shop behind a strip mall, and the shop is messy and seems in constant chaos. Nevertheless, Robert gave me a great price for the work, did it promptly as promised, and the work was superb (I am a perfectionist). A few weeks later I had another fender bender with the same car, took it to RDR, and again got a great job at a fair price. Last week my wife took her BMW there for some rear fender work- same story- great work at a fair price. I don't know how he does it in that shop, but he is a master. Both Robert and his wife were very pleasant, honest, and prompt. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

The owner explained the prices, and gave me some options to lower the price. the repairs were done promptly and when I went to pick up my car, he had cleaned it. Which I didn't expect. Also, while I was waiting to pay, I noticed a kitten in a carrier. His wife, who also doubles as an office manager, explained that he had found this kitten in the dumpster behind their shop. It was in bad shape, so he took it to the vet, and even thought it had lost an eye, they had paid for her vet services, and were looking for a home for the little kitten. This says something about the character of this man.

RDR Auto Works was recommended to me by my mechanic. They did a good job. The job took about eight days, so they gave me a rental truck to use in the meantime. They fixed everything better than new.
