Very good price. It's a single owner company that is very responsive.

When I called to arrange for the job, they suggested a plumbing supply business where I could look at the toilet I wanted to use and purchase the toilet. I went there and purchased the toilet and Raynes Plumbing picked up the toilet, brought it to my house and installed it.

The plumber called and asked to come about an hour early which was fine with me.  He took out the old toilet and installed the new one in about an hour.  He made sure it was working correctly.  He was professional and cleaned up the work space.  He also took the old toilet away. 

This is the second job they've done for me and I would absolutely hire them again.

nThe issue was a kitchen sink and washing machine drain that backed up. Jason and his partner tried snaking it out at first, but with no success. They kept at it, however, even going under the house to determine how the lines ran, and how they were connected to each other. Based on that, they were able to determine exactly where the blockage was and got it cleared out. Jason didn't try to up-sell me, just stuck with what he thought the issue was, and cleared up the problem.

the price that was quoted was $1800. at the end of the job, it went to $2700. I asked Jason about it and he said he ended up having to do more than he thought. Was very disappointed in the experience. I have hired another plumber to finish out all of the existing plumbing (we are in the middle of big renovation) as well re do one of the jobs i hired Raynes to do.

Went great. They were quick to respond, showed up on time and finished quickly, leaving behind no mess. I am getting them to come back and do more work for us.

Rayne's employees are wonderful. They are respectful and friendly and they do very good work. They seem to care about doing things correctly, which is wonderful. Now, when I used them to hook up to the sewer system, they were the only company who I could get to come to my home on fairly short notice. I did think that their price for the work was high, but what they charged me may be typical in terms of that kind of work. I cannot say that I am all that familiar with what work like that generally costs. I would absolutely still use them again, however, because I think they are a good company. I just wish they would lower their costs a bit.

Jason was great. He was able to fit me in the day I called. He also gave me an estimate for some bathroom remodeling while he was here and suggested things I could do myself that would save money.

They did an excellent job, were efficient, called when they could be early. Did the job for half as much as someone else said it would cost. Explained what the problem was and how to fix it.
