QUALITY LANDSCAPING

He showed up, took a look at it and promised to deliver an estimate to me over the weekend. He never came back with the estimate. I had to hire another company since this was an emergency. With the wall gone I needed a way to keep the ground from shifting and causing problems for my house and yard. About a month later, he called me back and asked if I still needed work done. My answer was of course "no" since the other contractor I hired had already completed the work. I wouldn't have had an issue if he had told me he couldn't take on the job or even if he had called back in a reasonable amount of time to say he couldn't take the job. But to promise an estimate and to not follow through on it is a problem. It is especially disturbing since I selected him from Angie's List out of all the other choices. I was just going to let this slide, but I feel it is only right to report this information since this is what Angie's List is for.

Rick was very quick and efficient. The work was done very well and in record time. He listened to my concern for chemicals and did the raised beds accordingly.
