I spoke to several window companies and I could not be more pleased that I chose Quality Exteriors. From the first visit with Drew to the last window was installed it was a great experience. I would recommend them 100% . The install team was there when they said they would be and they worked like a team some removing old windows then had someone replace the new ones and someone was cleaning up as they went .

When I initially spoke with them, I told them where I knew there were pieces of siding that needed replacing.  After their assessment, that noticed several other pieces as well.  They were careful to match the color just right and got it done in a day.  They replaced about 15 pieces of siding.  I felt comfortable with their price and the work was done well.  They were curtious and professional and catered to my schedule.

, and could possibly be the best service provider I have ever worked with in 20 years remodeling homes.  He was punctual, and suggested off the bat other companies to call for second opinions and bids.  He educated me on what to expect from other companies, what up-charges were necessary or not for the project in his opinion, and when he followed up with a quote, was able to beat the competitors.  The work is excellent, and the installer would sit, often the better part of a day in his truck if necessary during rain showers (which happened a lot this spring), until the work was done.  I wish I could replicate his business model in all of my subs, as I'd never have a worry again.  You will not be disappointed.

Glenn the owner showed up the day I spoke to him on the phone and called me later the same day with estimates for two options. I then made the decision on a Saturday and needed the work done by a certain date in order to pass inspection for home ins. Glenn had his worker come on Wednesday morning and he completed the job in one day! Great guy never stopped working all day and had it done in about five hours!

They immediately responded.  They were punctual.  They did what they said they would do and I have not had any problems.  The job took place probably two to three years ago and the cost of the service was a lot I think about $30,000.  We have a lot of roof.  It’s a one level house and got a lot of roof and then we have a garage, a big garage that had to be done.  We had hail damage.

It was just so professional. They tried to save me money by saving the wood that was around the windows and wrapping it in the vinyl. There was not a lot of people. Him and the other guy took their time doing it. They were pleasant and it really looks good. I wanted to make sure that he was insured and bonded, and he was thorough and gave me all the paperwork needed. There was no pressure and it was really refreshing.

Quality Exteriors did a great job, it was such a relief to have this small repair done without paying a small fortune.
I had two very minor repairs, I needed to replace a piece of trim and a piece of siding, and I just new that these two tiny repairs were going to cost a fortune since it is hard to purchase the needed materials in small quantity and most workers are going to have large minimum charges. I called the number and Glenn responded very quickly. He came out and after looking at the repairs gave me an excellent quote. Since the job was so small he was able to pull materials from leftover stock he had from previous jobs, which I greatly appreciated and saved me quite a lot of money. 
He said he could have somebody come by the following week to do the work and I said that was fine. The next week a nice man came by, did the repairs in maybe an hour or so and was gone. The repairs look great and I coudn't be happier with the overall experience and the price. If I ever need this kind of work done again, Quality Exteriors is who I will call.

First they were the only ones I contacted willing to even quote and do the repairs.  They gave me an estimate for the work and contacted me they were going to arrive.  They arrived on time and did an excellent job on the repairs.  Based on this work I will have them do larger jobs when I need the work done

Glenn called me back within a day of my calling to get an estimate and came by a day or two later. I had an estimate from him within the week. He would have been ready to start 2 weeks later, but we were having some other work done that delayed his ability to get started. We didn't end up being ready for him until a little over a month later, but he was very accommodating and worked us into his schedule about a week after we were ready. Richard, his employee in charge of our job, did a beautiful job with our siding. He even chose to do a few sections over because it didn't come out perfectly due to our older house having not so straight lines. He was here everyday until the work was complete. He even worked through a light snow fall. Overall, we were really impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism; and all for a great price.

Glenn (the owner) responded to my request for an estimate the same day I called. Within 2 days he came and gave me a bid for the work.  The price was excellent. Within 2 weeks I was scheduled for the work, at the earliest "warmer" weather, since it was late January.
The work started yesterday Feb 4 2013 and was finished today Feb 5 2013. Gary did the work in one and a half days! I like the fact that Gary has over 30 years experience installing siding so he is efficient and does the job right. He gave some ideas to improve the appearance of the siding on one corner of the house which cost him more time but made it look so much better (at no extra cost to me). He also cleaned everything up so well. I am so pleased with the work he did! The cost was VERY reasonable for the work done. I will definitely use their services again.

Based on other excellent reviews on Angie's List, I called Mr. Killom to repair my damaged siding. He answered his cell phone himself and was eager to help. Very, very nice man who couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. Two days later he came by to assess the damage and immediately called me with a very reasonable price. He apologized multiple times for the fact that he was finishing a big job in Franklin and wouldn't be able to fix my siding until the following week--which was perfectly fine with me. He came the next week and got the job done perfectly. I could not have been more pleased with Mr. Killom, his company, or their responsiveness. I will not use anyone else for my next siding repair!

During a recent storm I had a piece of siding fall off.  Being a member of Angie's List, I pulled up options of companies that do this type of repair and came up with Quality Exteriors (Glenn Killom).  I selected this company because of the A reviews he had received.  I phoned Mr. Killom, left a message and he phoned me back within 1 hour.  We agreed that I would leave the piece of siding outside and he would stop by my house and see if it could be repaired. 
I happened to be a home when he arrived and my siding was put back up in a matter of seconds.  As with other home repairs I have had in the past, working with a professional like Mr. Killom is a breath of fresh air!!!

We were impressed with the meticulousness and friendliness of Glenn and Richard.  It took about 2 weeks to get our projects done, and we are very pleased with the results.

A high wind had torn the aluminum fascia away from part of my house. I selected Quality Exteriors based on their Angie?s List ratings. Since I am an over-the-road truck driver, I was not home but spoke with Glenn Killom and informed him of my issue. At the same time, I told him there were several pieces of vinyl siding which were cracked or broken that I would like repaired, as well.
 
He said he would be in the neighborhood that week and would look things over and provide an estimate. He called me the day after his visit with an estimate. The fascia could be repaired immediately, but he would need to check with his suppliers to match my vinyl siding. He kept me informed of the process all along the way since I wasn?t at home.
 
After the initial repair of the fascia, I was billed only for that part since the siding was still pending. When the matching siding was located, he scheduled a day for that to be completed. He also told me beforehand that he would need to buy a whole box of siding and there would be a few pieces leftover. We made arrangements as to where the residual siding would be left. Once the siding repairs were completed I was billed for that.

Both jobs were done as stated and for the quoted price. Everything was carried out in a professional manner. Glenn Killom does business the right way. He?s an old-school, true-to-his-word craftsman. I even offered to provide payment in advance since I wasn?t going to be home but he wouldn?t have any of it. He said he was more than happy to bill me after the job was completed to my satisfaction ? and it was!

They've been great to work with and have done a superb job on making our house look like new. They definitely have "quality" in mind with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Glenn prompted responded to my phone call, inspected my siding damage the next day, offered an estimate on the next, and in less than a week from my initial call the work was done. In the future I will always call Glenn first for any siding work that I need.

I was pleased with Glenn from our first conversation. He responded quickly and kept me updated earlier in the day that another job was running behind and he would be late to our appointment. He was clearly knowledgeable about siding and what you need to know about the house and type of siding to put up to do the job well and on estimate. Unlike someone else who gave me an estimate that was only a salesperson and didn't know how to do anything other than take measurements to know what the job would entail. It ended up taking a long time from the initial estimate to getting the job done because of our schedule, but once we were ready to schedule him, Glenn responded quickly and completed the work efficiently and on budget. He recommended a painter and even though that person did the work independently, Glenn called afterward to be sure we were happy now that the whole project was completed.

I've used this company for years and would highly recommend them. The installer has done this kind of work for 42 years. He did an excellent job and the house already feels warmer. The vertical wood siding on the house had cupped and split and was letting air in. I'm looking forward to lower heat bills.
