One year later and we still have lots of issues and are having to have it redone. VERY disappointed.

june 2022 I hired this company for cleaning the AC duct. I was not satisfied with the service, so they make a follow up cleaning on Dec 22,2022. This time the cleaning was good, but when the employee did the cleaning he broke my light shade and bruise my hardwood floor. They said they would buy a new shade for me and fix the floor. After the employee left I called the company ask them to return early since I will have a party in my home. but now 4 month passed, no body call me, the company keep silent as if nothing happened. the second time cleaning was good enough. I can understand they break my shade and bruise my floor. But I can not understand why they keep silent for 4 months. the company is broken or not?

My only issue with the company and the technician is, I emailed to schedule a quote appointment for air vent cleaning. The technician showed us the insides of our air vents (2) with a camera and we could see mold (black on the camera), which concerned us for sure. The tech then gave us a price quote for a 2700 sq ft home and asked how we wanted to pay. I was not prepared to pay on this date. When I shared with the tech I understood this to be an appointment for a quote, not to conduct the service, he said the company does not schedule quote appointments, and he was adamant he was here to do the job! Of course, we were concerned about the mold and let the tech do the job in about 3 hours. The tech explained it is a large price because we had never had our vents cleaned, and due to the mold found. Maintenance every 2 to 3 years would only be $200-$300 dollars. The tech stated other companies do not check for mold or do the job right. I did not appreciate not having the opportunity to obtain a quote first and schedule another day for the work to be done. So, do not book this company without obtaining quotes from others companies before scheduling Purified Air Solutions and be prepared to pay when scheduling them to come to your house.

I feel like I overpaid for the "Mold Removal Service". It is my impression that the mold remediation service would have been the same as any duct cleaning. I ended up paying almost double what I was quoted through other companies because I thought they would be providing me with more. The areas around the diffusers were left dirty and some of the diffusers were not re-installed properly.

Very thorough, but ignored some repairs

I highly recommend. Lucas was informative and gave me an instant sense of trust. Chris was the technician. He was equally knowledgable and left our home clean like he'd never been here. Overall, an excellent experience.

Very professional and courteous. All my questions were answered and entire process was explained thoroughly. The price quoted was actually better than several others for the same services. I would certainly recommend this company for mold remediation.

Very responsive with high quality of work.

The repairs were for a rental home, therefore, I was not onsite -- I live outside of the state. The interaction was with the tenant. I told him to keep it on a professional level and get back with me regarding the work and I would interact with the tenant - which he ignored. In the end the tenant stated that he was unprofessional. There was mold in a closet - which was the reason for the call. After review by the contractor, I was told that there was no apparent cause for the mold. That it could possibly be all through the walls (which are concrete), the moisture could be coming from the crawl space because there was no vapor barrier. I agreed to install the vapor barrier in the crawl space and the have mold removed in the bedroom closet. The bulk of the charge was due to installing a vapor barrier in the basement. The next day I was told that after looking further the closet was built over a window and that is where the moisture was coming from which was causing the mold. I started to not have the vapor barrier put in the crawl space but I was told that some supplies were purchased that could not be returned. I felt bad about backing out and went ahead and did the vapor barrier in the crawl space. In the long run, it would keep moisture out of the home. The worst thing for me was that materials used in completing the work were left in the yard. I tried to contact the contractor and he didn't get back with me. After repeatedly emailing him, he finally emailed me and asked if I received his email. He was indicating that these items weren't left by him. I told him that I was contacted the day after he left by the tenant indicating that the items were left. I even told him what the items were - which he used in the home. After that I didn't hear from him again. I had to hire someone to remove the items. This is the main reason that I would not recommend him to anyone.

Was skeptical after using a Groupon but the Groupon company contracted with them and they did great work. They called ahead with a 30 minute notice. My ducts and vents are now very clean. Very professional.

Done on time

The technician was friendly but respectful. He was able to perform the needed work prior to cleaning the ducts on the same visit. He was willing to work with me regarding payment. He greeted the dog and made her comfortable with his presence and even checked whether I was aware of the workmen parked in front of my house. His work was thorough and things were in order before he left.

Very personable. I felt like they were there to help, not to try to over-sell me on anything.
