PT TCB Spa/Hot Tub Service

Phil is one of the few in the area that can do effective spa repair. I can't say enough good about him. After several attempts with other companies, Phil knocked it out without excuses or delay. I would definitely hire him again.

Phil was easy to get in touch with, replied quickly to messages, honest, knowledgable and very efficient.

I had to find anyone I could to do it and once we figured out how to get into the space under the tub, then he came out pretty promptly and dealt with it in a very efficient manner.

Very good work. He has fixed my hot tubs at 3 different homes and I have been happy every time.

Phil was recommended to us by the previous homeowner as the ONLY guy to take care of our spa. He has done a great job of maintaining the spa, had the pump motor serviced and has taught this homeowner how to keep everything running and clean. I highly recommend Phil!

Phil was very accommodating in working around my tricky schedule, very professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call not only to help me with the service required to bring an older hot tub back to life, but was also great in educating me regarding maintenance and upkeep tips and tricks. And since the primary service call, I have had several questions, and he has been very nice about returning my calls and answering all of my questions.

The PT TCB Spa/Hot Tub Service worker came on time and did his job. He look at the pump and explained what needed to be done. He works on it and at last the pump works. He did a good job. Service price is very reasonable.

The service fixed the problem and the cost was what was quoted. Phil kept in contact with us to be sure that the appointment time was kept.

They were terrific. They saved me a bunch of money and replaced a fuse instead of the motor. He could have taken advantage of me. Phil is as honest as the day is long, he stays on task until it is done, and he never over charges. It is still working.
