PSU Film & Video

Staff was careful to note how we had organized the tapes and any descriptive notes we had associated with each.  The digitization process was carefully monitored so that the resulting transferred footage was as seamless as possible--a service we especially appreciated, as many of our originals included multiple events/tape, and had never been edited.  We were given a time estimate of--if I recall correctly--a couple of weeks, (This was in the midst of fall holidays.)  I was emailed when the job was done, which was within the time frame initially quoted. Our new DVDs were each labeled as we had requested (PSU asks what identifying information you want/item), and our originals were returned in the order in which we had left them.  Friendly & highly professional. Operating out of an old house in the Berry Hill area, PSU is only open on weekdays.
